The service was amazing… im not.sure what our servers name was but she was very delightful. And never kept us waiting. However we all got steaks which only 1 out of 3 of us liked. I refuse to send food back unless its not edible so I told her it was fine. But I ordered a ribeye medrare and it came out med well plus. And my son ordered a sirloin also med rare and it came out rare and chewy according to him. Which being chewy is going to happen with sirloin so not that big of a deal. (I told him he wanted a ribeye)… so we switch steaks but he also said the ribeye tatsed wierd but he still ate it. My grandfather ordered a ny strip med rare, it was the only one that came out perfect. We did order potatoeskins which were perfect! And again our server was great…

Had birthday dinner for my husband, they were very accommodating for our large party. Waitress was great and attentive for our large party. We ordered our food ,the group of us, and appetizers. The appetizers came out quickly and nicely. The salads came ,some wrong dressings,some missing toppings ordered for them. Then dinner came. Out at different times, lots not cooked correctly. Some ice cold ,raw,wrong foods. Lots of the food sent back to the kitchen to be cooked, warmed up or just plain corrected. After spending about 2 1/2 to 3 hours there, waiting for our dinners, the manager had to come over to adjust each check. Some of our guests still didn’t get to eat after their checks fixed and had to still wait on dinners. Now I remember why I hadn’t gone back in 6 years. We won’t either or suggest it for our get together or dinner for us,2. But server(waitress) was apologizing for the kitchens mistakes. Not her fault or her job. Only her job to serve, take orders(which were reread by manager to make sure she wrote correctly, and they were.) She was wonderful and above great.

Our server, Andrew, made sure to accommodate my gluten allergy. He was an excellent server, very friendly and took good care of us.
It’s the first time we’ve been to a Logan’s in many years and my only complaint is the meat now has a weird, rubbery texture. I had a sirloin and my wife had a fillet. We both felt that our steaks were subpar.
Not sure if Logan’s now uses a different meat distributor, but the quality is different.
I would give Logan’s another try, but I would probably avoid the steak if this is the texture of all of their steaks.

This food was nasty.The shrimp had no taste. It seemed like they flipped it one time and put it on my plate. County Fried Steak had to much breading around it.Saladand potatoes was the only thing good. No bread with the meal.The cheese cake had no real strawberry just sauce. Very disappointed and I wasted 40 dollars on this meal.

The place is nice and quiet. And our service was good. But our food unfortunately wasn’t. The salads looked and tasted kind of old and our steaks tasted re-heated. We drove 40 mins to come here on Christmas Eve and I don’t want to be that person; but we didn’t really have a good experience with the food. Otherwise; great service.

Even though it was NOT crowed nor half full, I had to wait 1 hour and 16 minutes for my steak. Nothing special juat an 8 oz med well ribeye and a 22oz med rare porterhouse. Like why??? We got asked 1 time on drinks. We only got 1 basket of rolls… nothing more. Then we tip $25.00 on a $100 dollar tab. I left there feeling very disappointed. Please really think about going here. Waiting for why? No refills, and no more refillable bread? Wow!! Sad and disappointment is all I have .

3.7 is way too high for this place. We should have got the hint when we came in at 5pm on a Friday. The shrimp is cold. We had a table of 6 covering most the different cuts of meat, it was atrocious. It was like the steaks were microwaved. Chewy, cold and dry. Literally the best thing that came out was the salad which was probably a pre-packaged grocery store item.

Just ate at Logans for the last time. The food was absolutely inedible. These pics should speak for themselves- wish I got pics of my son’s rotten mushroom burger before he threw it out. I would complain about the missing condiments and toppings, but I guess they weren’t needed, lol!
