The food was delicious. The service was not up to par. I was told 15 minutes or so wait time although we saw available unreserved tables. We opted on a wait list which became available in 3 minutes. We felt rushed to decide what to eat and was brought a check 10 minutes after we started eating and I’m not exaggerating. The atmosphere was not as welcoming as I thought but I will try them again soon and update here. We will be better as a community.

Food was terrible!
Ordered a steak MR and it came out purple. The baked potato had so much butter and sour cream on it that I could not even get a bite of the potato. So I decided to order a burger. It looked like someone took about 4 bites out of it and then they put it on the bun (see photo). And then almost 2 hours later had the 3rd meal (burger) boxed to take home. It was so overcooked and was not even edible.
There were 4 of us. The coconut shrimp was way overcooked. Not 1 meal was even enjoyable.
How about the chicken? Luckily I only took 1 bite. They say it comes out pink. It was raw!
Highly disappointed!
I sent them feedback on their website as they requested over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a call or email.

Just got carryout as a special treat for my kiddo. Sliders (plain). They were cooked with cheese on them and instead of making it right they just tried to pull the cheese off. Anyone with a picky kid knows where I’m coming from.

At first we were going to go to Texas Roadhouse but it was crazy busy. So we decided to go to Logan’s Roadhouse and I’m so glad that we did. The concept is the same between Texas Roadhouse and Logan’s Roadhouse. The only difference is that we love Logan Roadhouse rolls better and their steak. They also have better kid options at Logan’s Roadhouse. Not only was our waiter nice Drew we really appreciated him but taking the time and effort to explain the portion sizes and what was the best dish on the menu. We will definitely be back to Logan’s Roadhouse not only to see our favorite waiter. Drew but also to enjoy some delicious food. First impressions are very important and Logan’s Roadhouse we will be back.

From the moment we walked in, we were not acknowledged. We were finally seated and it wasn’t busy at all 2:30pm. We had a server but had to ask another server for refills. They were not attentive to us at all. Our food was on the cool side. The music was so loud I could hardly converse with my wife. This place needs to step up their game if they want repeat customers! Very disappointed!

Shrimp stacked trout is a fresh change from most other restaurants. The bier battered cod was great… not a heavy batter… crisp the way it should be. Desserts were good albeit the apple blueberry cobbler kinda blended; however, the flavor was still great. The chocolate brownie ala mode was presented perfectly and tasted just as good as it looked.

We were immediately seated and our server was wonderful and very helpful. The food was old and moldy. My husband’s full rack of ribs came from 2 different pieces. One half was good, the other half was cold and chewy. My corn was like eating field corn, hard and starchy. Our broccoli both had black mold on the cut ends and black stuff on the inside of the pieces. Our server was very kind and removed this from our bill. But it’s too bad no one checks the quality of the food being served. I don’t see how they could pass an inspection.

Service was amazing. Our waiter was an amazing person. My party went with the veggie plates, the steak, spin dip, salmon and shrimp. All were decent, the Mac and cheese was not great and the garden salad was not crisp but everything else was good. Rolls were hot and great start to the night.
