Overall it was really good. I wasnt impressed with the atmosphere. It seems more like a bbq joint than a steakhouse. But the service was good. Derrick was very friendly and helpful. The food was surprisingly good. I got the NY strip and my wife got the prime rib. The temperatures on them both were perfect, and they were seasoned well.

Wife and I went there to eat again. Thus time the dining experience was a major improvement. The staff was friendly, the waitress was very attentive, and the drinks were very good. Just like last time. The difference was the food. I ordered the all American Cheese Burger. The burger was perfect and wla vakue for the price. My wife ordered some chicken and loved it. Their potato skins were awesome. The drinks were great, strong, and we’ll priced. Eat there and leave full with good memories.

This place is not a good place to go to eat at, not if you want your food without “extras” in it anyway. We both ordered the Logan well done. I got a baked potato and cinnamon apples and asked for a side of brown gravy and mushrooms on my steak. Another waitress brought our food out. Well, first of all, my baked potato came out with a piece of broccoli stuck inside of it under the already melted butter. That already told me that the order had been sitting for a bit. The waitress took that potato back and brought out a new one along with my cinnamon apples that weren’t brought out the first time. Mind you I’m still missing the brown gravy I had ordered. She said that they were warming some up for me. In the meantime I had cut into my steak and found that it was still red inside. I sent it back to be cooked more. In the meantime I attempt to eat the new baked potato they brought out. This potato ended up having pieces of carrots in it along with bad spots. I gave up on the potato. Well got my steak back and still no brown gravy. I had to ask for it again. So much for the mushrooms on my steak too. It was covered in mushrooms when it went back to the kitchen. Got ot back with 5 pieces of mushrooms. By this point, I’m not impressed at all with the food or the service. We asked for more rolls twice and finally got them when I got the brown gravy. So, the only thing left was the cinnamon apples. Just when I think that they couldn’t have possibly screwed those up too, I was wrong. I found rice in my apples. Seriously was very unimpressed with this meal. Should have at least been a free meal, but they still charged half price for it. The other steak was pretty thin and was tough according to my fiancee. Needless to say, we won’t be going back there again.

Logan’s Steakhouse never overcooks my steak. Great atmosphere, from the buckets of peanuts, to the adult beverages, appetizers, meals, desserts. Excellent service every time!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the 3 stars. I could have put them at 2, but i feel their prices are a little better than other steakhouses and the manager we dealt with was great. In my experience, the sirloin steak tastes great. Any of the salads are hit-or-miss. The vegetables were not cooked enough. The loaded baked potatoes were good and cooked all the way through.
I have encountered a couple timing issues. One time their were 3 of us and we all ordered a salad with steak in it. I understand it takes a few minutes to cook the steaks, but we waited almost 45 minutes to get them and they were mediocre. The manager came and ended up giving us a salad for free and i think 10% or 20% off the meal.
Another time they got our order mixed up with another, i think it was an issue with table numbers, and we had to get the waitress’s attention to go check on our order. The manager came out and apologized and made sure everything was okay.

Our visit went fairly well. Aside from the hour wait, the staff were friendly. The atmosphere is great for a western styled steak house. The food, in my opinion was not quite worth the price we paid. My porterhouse had a fair amount of gristle in it. The sides weren’t too hateful but I would think for the money they would really strive to make the entire meal as best quality as possible. I would go back, but steak will not be my pick the next time. Our server did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed. All in All, good with room for improvement.

Our waitress was AMAZING! She was so nice and polite and helpful in every way. The burger was great and the condiments were fresh. The homemade potato chips were good along with the zucchini fries. The restaurant was clean and the rest of the staff was friendly. Would definitely go back!
