We had to wait to be seated because a manager (I’m assuming) told the hostess not to seat us (a party of 6) in an 8 spot table “in case they need it later” (they weren’t super busy). When they finally seated us there was more confusion between a server and the hostess about the number of people in our party, but it was worked out (and there were a bunch of empty tables in the back, so I’m not sure what was going on). The restaurant seemed dirty and very unorganized.
Our food was very bland. My husband’s potato soup tasted like a watery broth and the macaroni and cheese was flavorless and dry. The worst were the steaks. My husband ordered a medium rare and it came back well done, got sent back and came back medium well. Another person in our party’s steak has parts that were overcooked and parts that were almost raw. It was the weirdest cut of meat I’ve ever seen. It looked like several small steaks stitched together. He couldn’t eat it and left it on his plate
Our server was wonderful and we felt bad complaining, but the food was really lacking. We did get some of our food comped after showing it to her, and she was great.

I feel like people are sleeping on this place now. Add other steakhouses.I order a medium steak and I have no idea what is going to come out. So I had the same expectation here to order a medium steak and have no idea how it’s gonna come out.But it came out medium, perfect medium.We came in close to closing.Everyone was super nice and had great service.And the food was wonderful.Definitely, have to come back more often.

We came here for dinner after a long drive. Drinks took a long time, our food was over an hour wait… there was only 1 other table in the place and about 5 servers. There were buns, butter cups, napkins etc trailing from seating area to kitchen. Ordered a coke with dinner, had to go get from bar ourselves. Many servers just standn chattn with their friends that were in the restaurant hangn out. The burgers were dry, the meatloaf was grissly. Had to ask several times for someone to check on our drinks and food since our server only came by once while we were waiting for our food.

My friend and I come here all of the time. If we can’t agree on what to eat, we come here. Her steak is always cooked right, the ranch is always fire, the rolls are always hot. One of the waiters, Larry, is super cool. We came in when they were dead and we were his only table and we just talked to him. He checked on us a lot, he’s always fast on drinks, we always give him a good tip when we see him

Only issue I have is who in the hell puts shredded cheese on a cheeseburger ??? . It Didn’t melt. It was just there and fell off the burger so yeah not cool guys !!! as simple as that is we won’t be back. For the price you charged I expect a real slab of cheese on my burger .good food but a slacker move in the kitchen with the shredded cheese

We had burgers and fries for lunch, very tasty. Server was friendly and attentive. This restaurant is clean, food was hot, didn’t take long for our food to be ready. We had nachos, they were great. Nice and cheesy.

My husband ordered his steak well done and it came bloody and when they brought it out the second time it was shoe leather. Salad tasted old. The server was pretty attentive and friendly, and the music was terrible.

Waited at the door for 5 mins for someone to come up to seat us. Seated took our orders. Brought us our Dr pepper and water and plates no rolls. Waited 20 mins on rolls, then got our alcoholic drinks 35mins in. Ordered a watermelon marg got a lime something drink that had all alcohol no juice. My friend ordered a blue colada got a blue lighting. I order loaded baked potato with my meal got butter bacon bits and sour cream. Was charged for the correct items just didn’t receive them. Told the waitress it was wrong what we ordered she said well that’s what the made ya. Never will return. The bartender shouldn’t be allowed to make drinks she literally has card sitting up at the bar on how to make drinks. If anyone drinks more than 1 they will get a DWI for sure.

We just went 01/10/2026 Our waitress was great. It was end of lunch rush so I get things needed cleaned up a little so I don’t let that bother me. I ordered a med rare steak they sent a well done steak. I didn’t want to say anything so my fiancé did. We showed it to the waitress and she agreed it was well done. Before it made it back I finished my sides he finished his meal. Here comes my waitress with a manager who put my steak down then bent over my plate looked me in the eyes made me very uncomfortable as she questioned me about my previous steak and waited for me to take a bite of the new one. It was a scene out of a dramatic movie. I just said it was fine so she would go away. It was not fine. This time I was given a rare steak so rare it was blue. There was so much salt it was like pouring salt straight from the shaker into my mouth. I knew this is what would happen. Ever see the movie waiting with Ryan Reynolds. Well that’s how the vibe was that day. So I just boxed it intending to give it to the neighbors dog. Well it ended up in the trash dog ate just a little and left it sit as well. So I pd 25 for a steak not even the neighbors dog would eat.

High praise for this restaurant. Our family traveled from Southern Illinois to celebrate a milestone birthday! We ended up having 20 people in our party. We started out, unfortunately at Longhorn Steakhouse. That was a bad decision. They treated our group so poorly that we took our business across the street.
Let me tell you! It was the best decision we made! They were not expecting such a large party. They set us up in no time in a semi/private setting. They allowed us to bring in a birthday cake and accommodated us in every way!
We had two waitresses, they were top notch! The service was amazing ! We were so appreciative of the kindness and courtesy they displayed. Very classy. A huge thank you to Logan’s for making our memorable event fun and hassle free! Kudos!!
