Finally, they brought back Prime Rib for the Holiday Season! NOT! They need to greatly improve this “Special Holiday” offering because it lacks in every way. Texas Roadhouse reigns on this dish! First of all, our waitress was new on the floor like a week so she was completely unfamilar with a lot of the items. She was giving it her best, although the fact she “thanked” my BF for ordering an alcoholic beverage something due to “making more money on alcohol sales”
Back to the Prime Rib….HORRIBLE! Not even a 1 star! They actually served me an END PIECE! The Au Jus had absolutely NO flavor, tasted like warm grease! The packet of Au Jus I posted has a much better flavor than what I was served. YUCK! I wanted to take another picture of the other side, but didn’t want to embarrass my BF (LOL) The potato was small and wrapped in foil so if you enjoy the nutrients of the skin you won’t get it, but you will get a somewhat dense potato.
When the manager came to see what the issue was. Firstly, I said the end piece should have never been served. That piece should have been disgarded and eat the cost of that piece instead they served it to a customer! She could care less about my disfactory meal and my comments of the poor quality. She instead kept insisting on getting me something else. At that point, why would I want something else!!?? I came for the Prime Rib for gosh sake! Side note: the rolls were overcooked and cold, unlike the competitor across the street 😉

I worked all through college for Logans. I came today expecting a fantastic nice thick juicy ribeye and i got a thin breakfast quality steak. Flavor was good but this is not what I ordered. My buddy got the new bbq new york strip, his strip was the same oz as my ribeye and his looked massive. My cucumber tomatoes and onions had ZERO flavor. Looked like vinegar or oils but no flavor. I am truly let down by this super thin ribeye that cost me $25ish. Come on Logans. Ill try again maybe but Texas and Cattleman’s are killing the 12oz ribeye. They both are nice and thick cut. Not waffle house ribeye thick.
With tip $100.00 even.

Usually we enjoy this Logan’s for their great service and great food, until today.
We placed an online order for their chicken strip dinner, salad and baked potato just before 2:00pm, which was supposed to have been ready at 2:20pm.
When I arrived at 2:15 there were 5 employees standing around the host stand and I was informed that ‘they were working on it’. No problem I’m early, that’s understandable.
Then a Door Dash driver came in for a pickup order, and he was told the same (without any of the hosts/ waiters/ waitresses either checking their computer, or walking in the back to see if anything is actually ready).
At 2:35, the Door Dash driver went to the host stand and inquired about the order again. I echoed and asked them to check on mine too. They brought their order out, but not mine.
So, here it is 35+minutes after I ordered my meal and 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I asked again about my order and asked them to check with a manager.
Finally at 2:40 they bring me my food with the excuse that “they only have three fryers and couldn’t fry the chicken tenders”
So, you’re saying that it took 40 minutes to finally get around to my order? Again, the salad was obviously ready (throw some in a to go container) the baked potatoes were ready, so all I’m waiting on is chicken. Hmmm… I wasn’t born yesterday….especially since at 2:15 they were ‘working on it.’
Only after complaining, the manager offered to possibly be able to discount my meal (which they never did, nor did they comp either meal).
The flimsy excuse (with no real remorse) was they ‘they had been busy’ but not so busy so that 5 waiters and waitresses could stand around at the front desk and do nothing.
I live less than 3 minutes from this restaurant, so I would think that since the chicken that just came out of the fryer it would be hot. Wrong! Overcooked and room temperature.
The salad was room temperature, just like the chicken tenders.
Hmmm.. I wasn’t born yesterday and I’m smart enough to know cold chicken that supposedly just came out of the fryer. Your lies don’t work here. Take responsibility and own your failures.
Logan’s obviously has a management problem here. Do you actually think that if someone ordered the same meal in house, they would have to wait 40 minutes for their food (they were NOT busy and there were plenty of empty parking spaces in front of the restaurant). They may have been busy around Noon-1:00, but you weren’t busy at 2:30. To my point, only one family walked o in the restaurant the whole time that I was waiting.

Sorry, guys. I’ve been a faithful loyal ‘Logan’s Rewards’ member to this restaurant location since 2022, but today you dropped the ball, stomped on it, and served it cold with no apologies!
Fix your managerial team and train your employees not to congregate at the front desk and please quit lieing to your customers about ‘working on it’ when you are too lazy to go check and interrupt your little hen party.
Oh–and serve some hot food and cold salads next time.

There with 15 people. Our server was new to the restaurant, and likely new to serving. She needed help, and had very little. Whoever was managing things should have paid more attention. The food was really good. I don’t think anyone of our 15 were less than happy with our food. My meal was great!

We had a great experience our waiter was awesome. The food was delicious. I had a steak and it was perfectly cooked and my wife had the back yard bbq. It was also great. We will definitely go back.

Never had a 6 oz sirloin as tiny as this. There’s no way it was a 6 oz. Not to mention I cut it up into nine small bite sized pieces. Three of which I had to spit out because they were so stringy I couldn’t chew them up. My daughter’s tiny steak was well done supposed to be medium. Her mac and cheese was cold.
Rolls weren’t done. (Comparable to Little Caesars breadsticks) No color. Our salads came out after we got our meals.( First time that has ever happened, anywhere)
My wife was happy with her shrimp. I guess one out of three isn’t a complete failure.
A big watery puddle with a butter knife and a couple napkins in the middle of it as you walk through the double doors in to the kitchen. After watching workers walk through it for 30 minutes a waitress finally took her foot and drug the debris out of the door way after a customer stepped on the knife. It’s a wonder he or one of them didn’t slip and fall. Needless to say the puddle was still there when we finished our meal and proceeded to leave. It’s 3:30 on Valentine’s Day but you weren’t that busy and that’s no excuse. You used to be much better. What a let down.
The worst $90 meal I’ve ever had in my life.

I was really disappointed with my first visit to LongHorn Steakhouse. It honestly felt like a knock off of Texas Roadhouse, but without the same quality. One steak looked like it had been boiled, while the other was grilled, and all the food was covered in so much garlic seasoning that it seemed like it was trying to hide the flavor. Overall, the food was barely edible, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This establishment was up to par on the normal scale. Food was good, but took a long time. Waitress was nice and friendly, but MIA most of the time. Bread rolls were delicious and hot! We loved that. I am always looking for the “wow” factor and this one fell short. When my food did come it wasn’t visually appealing at all but it was good. Overall it was good. The esthetics were visually pleasing. Decor was very cool.

First of all, for those who do not know. Logan’s not only features dry crumbly steaks that are often overcooked. But they have decided to share their kitchen (or at least their address) with Leo’s Italian restaurant, which has reviews that complain about their dry and overcooked pasta. They also share an address with Ember’s Smoky BBQ which appear also on food delivery apps. And oddly enough, The same complaints of poor quality, dry, overcooked food show up in the reviews.

When we did go to Logan’s our food was dry and bland and the steak felt like sand in my mouth. Nothing like Logan’s used to be years ago. Higher Prices for worse food.

Get your ducks in a row Logan’s.

After reading a bunch of bad reviews from their Leo’s, Ember and Logan’s pages there is a funny bit of consistency…. The Steaks/Pasta/BBQ is “rather underwhelming and unexciting” but their ROLLS and BUTTER is spectacular…. Ahh yes, the main reason everyone goes to steakhouses…. their rolls!
