Little mix up with my food order. I ordered bone in ribeye steak and was served with ribs. The ribeye was excellent, cooked to my liking and very tasty. The atmosphere was not as I expected as there were no peanuts anywhere which to be honest added to the fun of previous visits

This location should just close. We stopped coming here over a year ago but was in the area and thought we would try again. Big mistake. The place was not even that busy. However, we were seated in the bar area where the bartender was attempting to serve us all. Took forever. Food was not the same as Logan’s normally is, portions smaller and not that great. Getting anything took forever. Service was slow all around. There were enough employees walking around but didn’t see them doing anything. After about 2hrs we were able to finish and leave. Just close this location

The food was delicious. The service was below average. When we came in the door, the hostess was gone. Instead, the young man coordinating to-go orders sat us at a table. He was the only front of house employee who was busting his rear the whole time. Our waitress was ok, but she seemed to prefer hanging out in the kitchen instead of checking on customers. Took her 20 minutes after dropping off the bill to come back and collect the payment.

The hostess Darlene made our day! She was so personable and happy that her joy overflowed to us. Our waitress was Calista also very nice! If you go and you are lucky enough to meet Darlene trust me she will make you smile! Thank you Darlene and we hope you get to the beach soon!!!!

The first visit was 7/14/23 it was great. Steaks cooked to order service was Awesome. Came back 7/21/23 silverware was NASTY literally had food and grease still on them.ask for more & it was the same out of 4 sets we managed 2 forks and shared a knife my husband and I. Steaks were not cooked as ordered. Mine was well done for a med. My husbands was well done for med.well. our server did not care to make sure we had clean utensils or refills. Neither did she care about whether or not steaks were properly cooked and served as ordered. Every steak had a Med.Well brown marker, and only 2 out of 6 were ordered med. Well. One lady ordered well done, and hers was med rare. Possibly med. Which meant she was served mine, and i was served hers. But since all were marked med well and we had cut into them and eaten a bite or two, it was too late to trade off.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! There were about 34 of us that arrived Saturday night April 29 2023. Most of us from out of town for a major dog show including 2 international judges. We were told that dispite the fact that they were made aware that we were having this big dinner there they could not accommodate us. One server tried to keep everything calm and assist. But the manager blew in out of no where, didn’t try to help, didn’t try to explain, simply yelled WE WILL NOT BE SERVING YOU GET OUT….. so we left and went to Chili’s downtown which was a much nicer place and much more willing to take all the thousands that our company spent. We made sure to share our story with them and also tip our waitress very well. THEY are getting excellent reviews.

In their defense we got there late about 15 minutes before closing. We would have rather been told they were closed then had our steaks and mashed potatoes microwaved . Server did an ok job but raw onions didn’t have mushrooms or gravy. Logan’s steakhouse in Ft Myers Florida is excellent

We recently visited from out of town and stayed at the hotel next door. We ordered food to go WELL before closing time. We walked next door to pick up our order that we paid for online (which was rather large) and could not get in the door as the doors were locked at 9:45pm (they closed at 10pm). We tried knocking, calling…no answer! We could see plenty of people sitting at tables and eating, there was also a considerable amount of people at the bar…including the bartender. One would think, if we could see them from the front doors, they could see us. Anyway, after continuing to call and knock…the bartender FINALLY came to open the door and she had quite the attitude! Almost like, how dare we knock on the door to get in. We immediately requested to speak with a manager. Manager came out and then went in the back to check on our order that was supposed to be ready at 9:40pm. Of course the order wasn’t ready so we had to sit and wait another 15 minutes. There was another gentleman who came in after us who was having the same problem as well. While we were sitting waiting on the order to come out, we observed an armed guard patrolling the restaurant. In 41 years, I have never witnessed such a thing…security for a mediocre steakhouse??? Interesting. Anyway, we FINALLY received our order and not at any time did the manager or anyone for that matter, say so much as say sorry for the inconvenience or anything along those lines. Unreal! Once we walked back to our hotel and opened up the boxes of food, not only was the presentation terrible (like everything was just quickly thrown together) but EVERYTHING was cold!!! We have never been so disappointed with the service, quality and apparently safety of a restaurant in our lives! Needless to say, we obviously won’t be back. This location needs serious help on all levels and I would not recommend any tourists go to this location.

Steaks were seasoned well with the perfect sear. Cooked as asked and the drinks were delicious. The server was super friendly. Me and my husband will go to this Logan’s location from now on.
