We went to Logan’s earlier this week with my family for dinner. The service was excellent, the server was extremely attentive and pleasant. The food was sub par, which apparently was the consensus when we all got home. No one wanted to say anything at the restaurant and dampened the mood by complaining for something they thought was minor. It turned out that everyone wasn’t satisfied with their dinner. The potato skins: the toppings were great but the potatoes were very bland. My brother said the mac and cheese was very bland, no salt, lukewarm, he didn’t finish eating it. My fiancés steak was ordered medium and it was actually well done, the more he ate and got to the center of the steak the more you could see it was actually well done.

Food took a while to arrive, waiter seemed very green and slow. Dropped off drinks and didn’t stop by to check on us until he brought out the salad after 25 minutes of waiting on our dinner. Right after he brought the salad, he brings the main entree of course. The sweet tea tasted completely unsweetened and when I asked to swap drinks he obliged and informed me the management will only let them use one sweetener packet even though their ‘sweet tea’ gets sent back a lot for not being sweet enough. My bf ordered a coke zero and received a diet Dr. Pepper, his second drink he received a coke zero so he did redeem himself.

Last Saturday everything was wonderful! Tonight, not so much. We asked for a booth and was told non were available and after we got seated, the next 5 tables seated were booths. Then it took at least 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were seated. When the waitress finally came over it was to tell us she would be right back after checking out a table. Another 10 minutes and we finally give not only our drink order, but entire order. A table that was seated at least 20 minutes after we were, got appetizers and their food before we did. When they finally brought the food, they put it on the wrong table and then brought it over to ours. The waitress put my daughters food in front of another guest and I asked that it be redone…it came out cold. And our steaks were over done. Not a good night at Logans!

Was seated in bar area. Bad area! Two black males and two black females were seated at the bar beside our table. Their conversation got louder and louder with very vulgar talk. Very embarrassing for all in bar. Bartender did nothing to quieten them down. Service was extremely slow. Food was decent but not to Logan’s standards. Overall, will not be returning to the Smyrna Logan’s again.

This was the worst meal. We were seated right away. The place was not busy and there were alot of employees. It took over 20 minutes to get 3 drinks. It took almost an hour for the food. We ordered 3 steaks, medium. They came out rare. We each had a few bites but just couldn’t eat it. I told the waitress and all she said was sorry. No manager ever came over. She didn’t offer to have it re-cooked. I ordered a salad with the dressing on the side. They put it on the salad but it was the only decent thing I had. The potatoes were not good. We spent over 120 dollars. All 3 of us couldn’t eat our meals. I will never eat here again. They used to have higher standards. Not sure what has happened. So very sad.

So, I placed a carryout order and there was a mistake with the salad. I called and the manager COMPLETELY rectified the problem. He had them remake me a large salad instead of the small house salad and he comped me an appetizer, as well! Wonderful service ❤️

Today (2/2/23) I placed an order for pickup for myself and my husband. My husband ordered the salmon with no rice, loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. I ordered the fried chicken Cobb salad. The problem is I asked for NO RICE for the salmon and the dinner had the rice. The problem with the Cobb salad was there was No Chicken, the lettuce was old and wilted, and there was no Ranch dressing at all. Unfortunately I had to throw it away. Three stars are the best I could give this dinner.
