Stopped in last night while traveling through the area and was hoping for a great meal unfortunately, that did not happen.. Ive eaten at maybe 30+ different logan locations and I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. The bartender/waitress Ann was a pleasant experience and she did her job great, always attentive and on point. That was the only upside to this location. The potato soup was not even cut into pieces and I’ve never experienced that anywhere but not a deal breaker, the ribs were the only good thing unfortunately. The steak was completely disgusting. I got the 12oz ribeye and it was not 12oz… It seems as if they take a regular steak and beat it flat and cut it into and then soak it in water to try to make it swell back up.. The water logged meat was enough to make you vomit.. I had one employee verify this is what they were doing at this location btw.. The baked potato was not cooked either to the point to where you couldn’t eat it. They removed the steak and baked potato from the receipt but left the ribs to be paid for because I did eat those which was fine. What wasn’t fine is repeatedly asking to speak to the manager about the steaks being flattened and soaked in water to try to make it look like a regular steak, the manager would not come to look at the steak or discuss the situation only told the waitress that it could be removed from the receipt and wouldn’t come to speak about the situation.. After reading other reviews and seeing the pictures of their steaks and the water logged texture of theirs as well I am 100% convinced this is what is happening at this location along with another employee saying this is happening.. yall do better! LOGANS is a great restaurant chain but, this location is a nightmare

We had the BEST experience at Logan’s Roadhouse, and it was all thanks to our server, Cadence G! From the moment we sat down, she was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and checked on us just the right amount without ever being overbearing.
Cadence had such a positive attitude and made us feel so taken care of the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service and making her guests feel comfortable. It honestly made our whole night better!
If you go to Logan’s, definitely ask for Cadence G, she’s amazing! We’ll absolutely be back because of her!

We were hesitant based on reviews, but it was right by our hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the food AND especially the service. Our server (Kayla, I believe – we just had lunch around 11am 10/5) WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND! Outstanding service. Service like that just elevated our dining experience.
We have no pictures, but we ordered the kid ribs with rice, kids mac and cheese with rice, 6oz sirloin, a chicken pasta, and a burger. The rice wasn’t great and the steak was more cooked than we ordered, but everything else was great! And then we finished off with a delicious banana pudding.
We come out to Lebanon every year and we will definitely be looking for Kayla again next year.

Can I Just say I love the waitress Cadence! She’s an amazing person and treated me very well while I was at the restaurant. Her service was out of this world not only that but her people skills were even better if I was Logans I’d want a thousand Cadence working for me. She increased the atmosphere 1000 percent. Amazing person and great waitress!

Me and my fiancé stopped here to eat on the way home from a trip. We had Cadence as our waitress she was very kind and also very attentive to us and the other tables she had. She got our order down to a tee. Food came out in an acceptable amount of time they were very busy. 10/10 service I recommend you ask for Cadence if you go to eat at this establishment she will make your night!!

Definitely not the quality I’m familiar with at Logan’s. The service and ambience was great, minus having to move myself a few tables over from the frustration of it rocking. Some of the best brewed Unsweet ever but the Steak was just not right. A little too cooked for a medium and the cut had good marbling but tasted like “old” beef. Almost like if you were to leave something out to thaw for too long, and then went ahead and cooked it anyways. The Caesar Salad was the best part of the meal the rolls were terrific and I cannot figure out for the life of me WHY they rolled two dinner forks in the napkin rather than the usual dinner/salad combo. I do appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the waitress.

They were not busy, Took way to long to order then waited and waited for our burgers and chicken tenders for the kids only for the tenders to come out cold and the fries were just warm and the burgers were overcooked. The manager did take off the tenders and gave us a card for free entree, the joke is it expires 12/31 25. Really! The experience was not what we expected!

We just wanted to commend our amazing server Justin at store #541 on 3/1/26 in Lebanon TN. He was so attentive and quick with each request. He continuously checked on us to see if there was anything else he could get us or help us with. This was the best experience we have had in a long time dining out and Justin is an amazing server. We will definitely ask for him in future visits.

Food was piping hot! very good hot and fresh.
The kitchen manager they had was excellent tonight he brought out our food and was very nice. We had a tiny mix up on our dinner but the kitchen manager took it off our bill and was so polite. We were very happy with this experience
