My wife and I came here for the first time and were very surprised. With most places today wanting to just do the minimum to satisfy customers, Destiny, our waitress, went above and beyond for us. The food was amazing, her service was outstanding, the restaurant was very clean, and were checked on by a few other employees during our dine in. 10 stars for this location and we were sure to take great care of Destiny for her hard work!

I had quite possibly the worst meal of my life in this place. We sat down around 7pm. We ordered mozzarella sticks that were about as good of quality as a 7/11. Then we had a salad come out. A third of it was brown lettuce. Then our steak and ribs came out. The steak was RAW when we ordered medium rare. My wife sent it back and it came back out still rare at best. I had the ribs and they came out cold. We also got a side of corn and it was brown, hard and chewy, literally inedible. I’m tired of spending $70+ on dinner to receive food I wouldn’t even give my dog. Avoid this place.

Bernardo was the best server/hostess I’ve had in years. He was very polite, patient, and always had a smile every time he greeted us. He sat us quickly and tended to us even though he was our actual server. Performed amazing and was helping all of his employees even though they were short staffed on this terrible Icey night. Thank you so much man!!!!

The onion rings to the coconut shrimp, everything here is absolutely amazing, thank you to our wonderful server Jamie, she’s very sweet and checks in regularly, the drinks are very yummy and bartenders are very versed in drink selections, thank you to them as well. The hostess (Glitter) Made a special effort to seat us where we wanted to be seated in the restaurant. Our server, Ryn, is Professional, Very personable, has a sweet smile and made our dinner extra fun. She was also very good at up selling the menu. And make sure to invite us back. We also met with the manager briefly and she was just as kind and welcoming!! The trickle down effect is working well for you in the Gallatin location.

This Logan’s is under new management, so all my previous reviews have been deleted, because they now deserve a fresh start. We visited on Tuesday, 7/30/24, and were very impressed with the service and the food. I had the Hawaiian Strip, Baked Sweet Potato and Baked Beans. My wife had the Logan, Baked Potato and salad. Our starter was the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Everything was awesome, the food and the service. Many thanks to our server, Jasmine, who did a superior job! You must try Logan’s again!
UPDATE: (6/25/25) After visiting Logans a few more times and being completely satisfied, I regret to say that we just had a disappointing visit. There were six of us in the party, 4 were happy with their meals and 2 were not. One meal, Logans Steak Alfredo, was delivered without sauce. When the oversight was mentioned, it was returned with an abundance of sauce. The second meal, Roadhouse Smoke Platter, had no flavor. The ribs were dry. The chicken was tasteless, and the sauce was flat. The platter was the single worst menu item I have ever received at Logan’s.

We went with as a group of 4 as a post Christmas dinner. We were seated fast, as the place wasnt busy, and waited for the other 2 people to arrive, which they did with in minutes. The staff ignored us for a long time maybe 20 min. The server eventually came and took our drink and appetizers order. We never complained to the staff. Something I personally never do. A person, that I’m assuming was the manager, came and apologized for the delay. She told us that she would cover the cost of one of our appetizers. All of our appetizers were on the bill. Like I said I don’t complain to the staff however Logans will never ever get my business. Not even a door dash order. Say what you mean and mean what you say. The food was ok nothing to brag about.

I ordered online tonight Saturday the 22nd. Paid a total of 87.00 said it would take 30 minutes. So 30 minutes later I show up, wait 10 to be helped. Just to find out they lost my ticket and never made my order. So I them I would like a refund. The waiter told the manager I said cancel but she never moved from the window where orders are received. So about the 5th time I told someone I would like a refund and demanded to speak to the manager. She informed the hostess that she’s busy, loud enough for me to hear. I eventually was told my order was voided and I should see a refund. Never will I waste a dollar here again. No organization or care. I never even got an appoligy from yhem.
