We visited yesterday 2/28/26 around 1:30 pm and had a pleasant experience. No wait and we were seated quickly and our server did a great job of getting us our drinks and food. It used to be my go to place for awhile n then I moved away. Yesterday’s experience was a blast and I got the old time feels because of it. Thanks for a delicious meal and a nice trip down memory lane. ❤️

We had a wonderful lunch at Logans Roadhouse. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, the rolls were warm and delicious, and I loved my chicken stripe and ribs. Highly recommend a stop here!

We visited Logan’s on the evening of January 15, 2026. We were seated immediately, which was appreciated, as the restaurant was practically empty at the time.
Our server promptly took our drink order. I also asked if she could go ahead and place my children’s food orders right away, as it helps avoid long waits for them. I had three children with me. Two ordered chicken tenders with fries, and our one-year-old ordered grilled chicken with mashed potatoes.
The two chicken tender meals arrived, but the grilled chicken did not. About 15 minutes later, the server returned and asked if everything was okay. I mentioned that we were still waiting on the grilled chicken meal. She said she would check on it. Approximately 20 minutes later, the grilled chicken arrived, but it came with French fries instead of mashed potatoes. At that point, I chose not to mention the mistake.
Roughly 15 minutes after that, our adult meals were delivered. While the food itself was fine, the service throughout the meal was lacking. We were never offered drink refills or rolls. After ordering adult beverages, we had to ask for updates when they had not arrived after 15 minutes.
I’m not sure if our server was new or simply having an off night, but the overall experience was disappointing. We frequently visit this location and have always had good service in the past, which is why this visit stood out.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve future experiences.

I haven’t been in several years because the last couple of times, it was very hit or miss. Last night however, was another story! I had 2 other people with me, and all the food was delicious!! Our waiter deserves his own shout-out as well. His name was James, and he is absolutely wonderful at his job! Apologetic when we had to wait, joked around with us, and constantly checked on us. Nothing ever got emptied before he was there with a refill. Great experience!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Had to walk from the truck stop and it wasn’t too far or too warm so it was an enjoyable short hike. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our server knew the menu very well and was fast to fix any of our needs – refills, ordering, questions and recommendations. The GM came over to talk with us, not only about food, but also about trucking and if we came through often.

Started off great, asked where we wanted to be seated. Asked what we wanted to eat. After finishing our appetizer and waiting on our main courses, the server removed our empty complimentary bread but did not suggest or ask if we wanted a refill. The lemon chicken we got was super dry and bland. The rice under the chicken tasted like microwaved minute rice. We also ordered the logan steak, it was good and moist. Which is the only reason we gave the food a one star. The cheese bread with the lemon chicken bowl got rubbery after a few minutes indicating that I had been microwaved. The blackberry lemonade has a medicine like after taste. I would not come back to this location again.

The food was good but the service was fantastic. Ashlee was my families server and her personality is top notch. She is so funny and good spirited, this was by far the best dinning experience any of us has had in years. All because of how fun and entertaining she was. We never had to wait on anything she took great care of us.

Our server and the hostess were wonderful. That is about the best I can say. For my meal, I chose the ribeye steak and a salad. The salad was find but it was probably one of the worst ribeye steaks I’ve ever had. It was not charred enough on the outside but it was served medium rare as requested, was thin and seasoned poorly. Our server told us that Logan Steakhouses are closing many stores and are doing poorly. I know why. There are so many better options available.
