OK, we are from Wisconsin and we are Inn Mobile Alabama Mckinleyis a great awesome waitress. Everyone asked for her. The food was absolutely delicious. She was so kind and sweet and loving. She took care of all of our needs. She made sure we got great food and very tasty food. We asked her for extra ice. She got it right away. We asked her for ketchup and barbecue sauce. Went on a date Saturday night before closing and my date and I felt rushed out the building. I understand that they close at 11pm, but our server kept telling us the time and felt rushed, so we got our food and left. The food was descent, but the whole ordeal was thrown off by being rushed.

Recently tried this place while on a trip to Mobile with my husband. Decent food, good prices. The service was unbelievably slow. We almost left because it took so long to be brought menus. We got our food before receiving our drinks. I ordered a steak and a sweet potato. Steak was a little overcooked. My sweet potato was HUGE! The bread is always delicious. Decent meal but likely won’t be back because of the service.

Disappointing to see an already mid experience, just get so much worse. Not only have the portion sizes become incredibly small for the same price the service is average at best, if you come at a slow time. Also what I would argue they are know for, their rolls are limited to one per person at a time. One basket at a time sure what ever when it was five rolls but 1 person when service is already slow truely disappointing.

Great service and we went on a Saturday around 3pm. Seemed we picked a great time because it was not many people so we had plenty of parking and fast service. Food was out half way through our appetizer. Only spent around $57 not including tip. Food was delicious always love the bread and whipped butter. ☺️

The food was very good. Each of us had a steak and potato and salad, perfectly done and presented. Our waitress Kekee was great!!! The only negative was the lighting. The lighting was extremely bright for a dinner atmosphere. Tone down the lighting please!

We like to take chances on places that have a mix of 1-star and 5-star reviews, and this one turned out to be a good gamble. My husband was craving ribs and finally got some that hit the spot. I had the filet with mashed potatoes and coconut shrimp. Even though I only ordered one side, they brought me extra mashed potatoes.
The margarita tasted like something you’d get at Chili’s nothing fancy, but drinkable. The buttery bread rolls were SUPER hot and delicious, definitely a highlight.
Shoutout to our server Makenlie (hope I spelled that right) she was super sweet, quick, and had such a cute, happy vibe. Loved her energy.

The food was great. I want that said first. My waitress was sweet and meant well, but my recent experience was quite chaotic. We were seated, and as soon as we were, we had a couple seated behind us. The woman was around 30 and the man was around 70. Instantly as she was seated she was complaining about how we were seated before other people. She yelled at this 70 something year old man throughout the night about him cheating. Yelled at 2 different waitresses of addressing him first and trying to “talk to her man”. Was loud and disruptive to the whole restaurant and not one staff member addressed it. I feel like in an establishment like this, trash should be removed, especially when they are causing a scene and multiple customers are reporting it.

First time at Logan’s Roadhouse. Angel our server, did an excellent job. She was polite, very attentive, and overall happy to do her job. The food was brought out quickly and she got our order right the first time. It was hot and delicious. Wish we would have taken a photo of the food because it was amazing. Her managers made a good choice in hiring her. Good vibes, excellent food, even better service.
