My husband and I decided to eat here today. Service was excellent. Laura kept our drinks filled. I ordered the country fried steak. It was perfection. So soft and tender and just the right amount of gravy on the top. Husband ordered a sirloin steak cooked to perfection as well.

My brother, 2 of my nieces and my dad and I went to this locations Wed for lunch. Sydney was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing! Basically knew what we wanted or needed before we did! Was very attentive and made sure we were doing good!
I will say they mixed up mine and my dad’s steak cook temp but both were still amazing. All of the food was really good. And if you are looking for a unique drink you have got to get the strawberry cloud!

The hostess was young but outgoing and didn’t stop smiling Laura’s service was friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. Extra dressing for my salad, like she knew I would request it. Drink refills before I had to ask. The steak was cooked perfectly. Best I’ve had in awhile. My friend said his steak was also cooked just right and the Drunken Cowboy he ordered from the bar was very tasty. Plenty of parking. Not crowded. Lots of TVs around the bar but none too loud. We had a business meeting in a family atmosphere and it was perfect. I would not have changed anything. We’ll be back for sure.

Passing through town. Party of 2. We received excellent service at the bar with Connie. The beers were cold, customized cocktail were perfect and our meals were as ordered. The daily prepared and served warm bread rolls were delicious. Ribs, chicken tenders, sweet potatoe mash and large dinner salads were all great.

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Logan’s Roadhouse. The food is usually solid, and the atmosphere makes for a good casual meal. So, while traveling through Athens, Alabama, I figured it would be a safe bet for a quick, familiar stop. Despite reading some pretty subpar reviews online, we decided to give this location a chance anyway. Unfortunately, the experience lived up to the reviews—and not in a good way.
When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all—maybe two tables were occupied and a few people were sitting at the bar. Still, it took almost five minutes before anyone even noticed we were standing at the host stand. Once seated, it was nearly another 10 minutes before we were even asked about drinks. Then we were told they were out of fries, corn, green beans, and something else I can’t remember. Things a major chain should never run out of. While waiting was frustrating, we were still optimistic things would turn around.
Our food did come out relatively fast, but that’s where things went downhill. We both ordered burgers, well-done, but they arrived medium rare at best. The buns were cold, and the burgers themselves were barely warm—like they were just put on the grill flipped and put on the bun. Even our baked potatoes were cool to the tough. We sent them back, and to her credit, our waitress was very apologetic and friendly throughout.
By the time the food was corrected and brought back out, we were the only diners left and the time we waited on correct food was nearly an hour. What surprised me most was the complete lack of acknowledgment from the manager. The manager walked past our table twice without saying a word—not a hello, making eye contact, not an apology, nothing. No discount, no courtesy check-in. It felt like we were invisible.
As much as I like Logan’s, this location has some serious improvements to make in both food quality and management attention. Until then, I’ll be skipping this one on future trips to Panama.

Extremely slow service even though we were there at an off time and our server only had (I think) 2 tables. Spotted them more than once hanging out chatting in the kitchen while we were waiting in refills then our check. But the food was good and place was clean.

Food was great! Steaks were hot and tasty! Rolls were plentiful and buttery! New drinks available on alcohol menu. The waitress was new but very nice. My only complaint was the appetizer we ordered came out with our main course. We ended up taking it home. The restaurant was pretty clean. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. The prices were pretty much fair. We only had to wait about 20 minutes after signing in.

Took a hour and half to get sat at a table after we was told 30 mins.. we understood it was a little busy. Then we ordered our food. We ordered 2 WELL done burgers and they came out raw. Although we did get the price taken off for the burgers bcuz we didn’t have time to wait for 2 more to be cooked . The amount of fries we received was ridiculous. Chicken tenders was the overcooked. Just not a good good experience all around. Also didn’t have dinnerware to sit us with and had to ask multiple times after our table received their salads.Gave a 2 bcuz the server did his best.
