I had great expectations for this place but sadly, I was disappointed. The server was in quite a rush to get our order. He seemed like a broken record asking if we ready to order every five minutes. For waitstaff that was so eager to take your order, you would expect the food to arrive fairly quick. It was quite the contrary; we waited at least 45 minutes to an hour for the food to arrive.
Then, there is always that food that’s “worth the wait.”. This is definitely not one of those scenarios. The food was mediocre at best. The shrimp was cold as was the rice. The only saving factor from a one star review was the mashed potatoes.
Overall, they are not overpriced for the food served but the quality is clearly lacking as is the service.

I just got back from eating here. I had my main course at the restaurant but decided to order some ‘rocking onion petals ‘ to go so I could so I could snack on them. They are advertised as a bucket full and cost about $7. What I got was shameful! Never again. I’m including pics so everyone can get an idea of what I’m talking about.

Had dinner with my daughters. They chose Logan’s for the peanuts. No kidding. We had a decent meal. Had to send one of the steaks back but they corrected the mistake. I enjoyed my dinner. The wait staff was helpful and reasonably efficient and the manager checked on us twice. The food was just ok but for the price it was really good. Love the peanuts but I left feeling sticky. Something about the cleaner they used or the lack there of left all the surfaces with a tacky feel.

I really liked my entire meal experience at this restaurant. My waitress was named Magdalena, and I definitely recommend requesting her. She did an outstanding job. The beer was fresh and the food was great. They did a good job on my steak and ensured that it was done exactly like I wanted. All of the staff was friendly and talkative without being intrusive. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice family dinner.

Great service, friendly staff. Ask for Robbie! She was very nice and a great server. Our food did come out slightly overcooked, not enough that it was a huge deal. We did mention it to the server but made it clear that we weren’t upset, just wanted to let them know so they could watch their temps. We didn’t want new food or money off our bill or anything. The GM was at our table in less than 2 minutes with an apology and letting us know a new steak was on its way. Speaking of the GM, very involved with his restaurant. From refilling drinks, to checking on tables, to being back in the kitchen, we saw him all over the place in the short time we were there making sure his restaurant was running smoothly. Keep up the good work guys!

Today, my co-workers and I had a team lunch and we chose Logan’s on Hwy 280. We frequent this location often because we love the food and it is in close proximity to our job. My boss ordered a salad from their new lunch menu. When the salad hit the table it had ingredients on it that were not listed on the menu and was also missing ingredients that WERE listed on the menu. She could not eat it. No big deal. She sent the salad back and did not complain. I ordered a steak and shrimp and both were WAY overcooked. So, I politely asked if it could be remade. When I finally got the remake, my steak was extremely UNDERcooked. I ultimately sent it back because I would not have time to eat it, we were on our one hour lunch break and we had to leave. When the server, Brandy, brought the checks to the table, I tried to acknowledge her efforts and apologize for being so difficult. Saying, “I’m sorry about the steak, I know it is not your fault…” And before I could even finish and thank her for her service, she rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and rudely walked away from the table without a word. My entire table was offended and could not believe she did that. Brandy then sent another server to our table to finish with us. We called and spoke to the manager about this horrible experience we had and he was not apologetic at all. Keep in mind, he had to take several items off of our tickets. He also walked past our table several times throughout our visit. In my 8 years of serving experience, the manager is supposed to touch tables after any customer issues. ESPECIALLY when food is sent back. When we spoke to said manager, he blamed it on the restaurant being busy. However, it was not busy at all. He was not apologetic, never said, “I’m sorry” or anything. He brushed us off and said, “OK Bye” and hung up the phone. We will NOT be returning to Logan’s ever again. We have spent a lot of money at this restaurant and it is very offensive to be treated that way. 0/10 recommend Logan’s to anybody that is seeking good food and good service.

Lines were longer than usual, however, the front staff handled it very well. The waiter who served us was very cordial and warm. He was literally brisk walking to get things situated well. Despite the rush hour, we got served on time, food was delicious and got the awesome rolls that they are known for. We didn’t leave a bit behind…

Great food excellent service our waiter was the bomb Daniel he works on the evening shift!! We came in 11 deep and he seated us and kept everything moving from bringing out drinks, appetizers, napkins, saucers, water and the food. He kept coming back making sure everything was fine and never let us run out of anything! Nobody was ever without something in front of them when it was time to check out the 9 separate checks he had a system for that too! Everybody was charged correctly everything was great! THANKS DANIEL!! Keep up the great service!!
