We had a great server and she was quick to fill our drinks when emptied and also bring refills on rolls to our table. She knew the menu items well and gave us good suggestions based on what we were hungry for. As for the food and the atmosphere they were all together different. The atmosphere was very noisy, from the other customers complaining about who knows what seated to our left to the loud steady beep coming from the kitchen every 4 to 6 minutes to the music blasting…wow! Very overstimulating and not very enjoyable. And for the food, when you pay $25+ for a good ribeye and ask for it to be cooked to a medium it shouldn’t be grey in the middle, rubbery, and hard to cut and chew. The baked potato was cooked tender and was piping hot. My side salad was delicious and very fresh. The rolls were warm and buttery and melted in my mouth just as they should be. I would say this location needs some improving in different areas before I will return, especially to eat a well done overcooked steak for $25. Do better Logans Roadhouse…

Steak was way underseasoned and wrong cut. Ordered baked potato with butter only and got loaded. Salad was drenched in dressing. Only got charged for what I ordered so cool. Beer was cold and bartender was good dude.

Second time going into restaurant and ordering and the food be wrong. You have to check your food before leaving the restaurant. Food looks nothing like the menu. Young lady to focus on looking good and having a fancy handwriting that she takes the order wrong, and swear that’s what you ordered! This was not worth the price, then food was not hot

One of the worst managed restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’m still sitting at the table after an hour my daughter still hasn’t got her plain hamburger…my steak isn’t medium rare, it was put in the grill for 30 seconds and then plated, the cook should be fired. Rare table checks, I would not recommend this particular location to anyone unless you’re ordering chicken fingers, it’s pathetic. I think we’re about to walk out and not pay for anything

Food was mediocre. We went in when they opened. We were traveling through so we both went straight to the restroom. Neither restroom has been cleaned from the night before. Server was fine. My wife ordered a salad and it didn’t have any croutons so she asked and the server said they were out of croutons but she could get some cooked up in 15 minutes. Again they had just opened. Maybe cook them when that first salad got ordered so they man come out before the sales gets eaten. Also the silverware was awful.

Our server was excellent. She kept our drinks filled and she brought bread whenever we asked. The food wasn’t very good at all one person in our group ordered a dish and it looked nothing like what was on the menu so she sent it back her steak was completely overcooked. One person in our group got her salad after all of us had finished ours. All the condiments I asked for for my burger or omitted at first of course the server brought them out later the burger should have had lettuce on it but when we asked about it we were told that they didn’t have any letters for sandwiches. It wasn’t our first choice but someone else really wanted to go there for the bread probably will never visit another Logan’s ever.

On Wednesday, Oct 29th of 2025, I visited this location with my sister around 5 pm. we were seated quickly and our waitress was very kind. this review has nothing to do with her, as she was phenomenal and tried to help with our issue as much as she could. the same cannot be said for management.
as soon as we sat down, i noticed that the table directly behind us was being extremely loud and somewhat rude with our waitress, as it was also her table. again, nothing wrong with the way we were treated by her, she was great.
after our drink order was taken, I was having a conversation with my sister when I heard this man behind us, loudly saying “n***er” over and over again to the two women sitting with him. I turned slightly to look at them because I was in slight disbelief, and the women with this man told him he couldn’t say that word, to which he said something along the lines of “I don’t mean “n***er like them/that!”
It was a very frightening and uncomfortable experience. I immediately went and requested that our tables be changed, as we did not feel safe or comfortable behind a table of people using such violent language towards the many black customers dining that night, including my sister and I.
at some point, a manager did come to our table, and the “resolution” was to comp our meal, because kicking them out would be too much trouble and “cause a scene”. the table was allowed to stay and finish their meal, and I do not believe management confronted them even once.
Comping our meal does not solve the problem of the establishment being complicit in violent, racist speech directed towards other patrons. I believe the appropriate measure would have been to kick them out, because allowing racists to continue to enjoy your business after you have been informed of such behavior only sends the message that it’s okay to do. I think that everyone should carefully consider our experience before deciding to dine at this location. the service from non-management was great, but I’m sure that the food is not worth supporting a business that allows racism in their restaurant.
