Service was excellent! Thumbs up to our waitress! I wish I had gotten her name to let her know she was doing a fine job.
Food was ok. The one in Kannapolis, NC does a whole lot better.
Main dishes were slooooow in getting to the table.
My peeve on it was the very dusty pipes that ran right next to the ceiling.
Normally, I’d say that my own house was bustier but…
The pipes were in front of the a/c vents.
I’m not picky but it would have not been a good thing to see that dust bunny take the plunge to the table.

In the past we have wavered on whether or not to return…today we decided to give the place one last shot…we are so GLAD we did!! Our service was amazing!! Food was cooked perfectly and delicious!!
After speaking with the manager, we learned they’ve had a complete turnover. This place is def in the right track!!
If you’re lucky enough to get Deena as your server, you will not have to ask for anything. She did a great job taking care of us!! I could hear other tables complimenting her as well!

My experience was absolutely horrible. First of all upon entrance the host asked “If she could help us” Not welcome to Logan’s, how many, would you like a booth or table but how can I help you? Our waitress Salem was inattentive. I finally asked another waitress if she could get us rolls. After 30 minutes or so she (our waitress finally showed back up however we had no plates. I asked her weren’t we supposed to have some, she said she forgot. She never asked if we wanted fresh rolls, never brought any more either.
No water refills or tea refills, nothing!
Our main course took so long that I had to remind her we hadn’t gotten our food.
I would never make anything about color but we were one of the few blacks in that restaurant. When we did get our food my broccoli was lukewarm and my date was missing an entire potato. I asked the waitress, and she said “Oh yeah we were out” “did you want something else.
At this point Ma’am I just need your name.
I have never had such poor service in my life! I will not ever go back

i think my servers name was James? it was a big dude with thin longish blonde hair. i go here all the time, it’s the same price everytime. why this time it was 10 more? he couldn’t explain and just got flustered. he’s up charging and keeping the change, or using a discount card to get money off and pocket the cash like the servers there used too. DO BETTER

We stopped in here on the evening of 8/21/24. John was our waiter and he really took great care of us. He also had a great sense of humor, too. Both meals turned out perfectly and the rolls that they serve with your dinner are beyond awesome. The menu is great. It’s not overdone, but still gives you good options. Their prices are very reasonable, too.

We were on our way home and stopped by Logan’s in Leeds Alabama. We had a wonderful waitress- Danielle. She was very attentive. We both had The Logan – I had grilled shrimp, garden salad and sweet potato fries. We love the yeast rolls and we had mozzarella sticks for an appetizer.

The food was on-par and the selection great. But the standout was our server, Bailey. She was informative, attentive, and a great communicator. I was traveling, but if she lived in my town, i would be recruiting her to work for me. Keep up that fantastic attitude Bailey!

I had a to go order of salmon, sweet potato and salad; teriyaki chicken; and meat loaf, potatoes/gravy and broccoli. The cook was on point tonight. The food was fantastic. I called and spoke to the manager, PJ, who had the best customer service voice/attitude. I recommend everyone to go to Logan’s in Leeds.

I door dashed my order. But called my order in. I ordered a 12oz ribeye with a Cesar salad and sweet potato. With a side order of the amped up shrimp. My food made it to my house. No shrimp. My Cesar salad was only lettuce. And my butter was drowning in cinnamon for my potato. This is at least the 5th time I’ve have this problem with takeout orders. if you’re spending over 90$ it should be right.

We had my daughter’s birthday lunch at the Leeds Logan’s. It was Sunday, right after church but the wait was maybe 5 minutes. Our waitress, Connie S. was our server. She was absolutely amazing!!! Had the sweet disposition, inviting, caring smile, truly showed she cared about the best experience for her customers. Everything we asked for, she was more than happy to bring it to us. We all said, if we come back, we want to ask for Connie. She made our visit one of the best any of had experienced in a very long time.
