Happened upon this place while out in Ft. Myers. Place wasn’t busy. Service was good and prompt, food was delicious. I had a huge deluxe burger and my wife had the sirloin and sweet potato. Both had great flavor, portions were impressive as well. The bread was soft with good flavor and the potato skins were on point. Very satisfied with this Friday night date spot!

Yesterday on 1/08 I was on that end of town to get new glasses at a family owned place. They referred Logans Roadhouse and I’m so glad they did. The bartender that was on the lunch shift did an amazing job. I ordered the Logan Steak mid rare and it was cooked perfectly. The only complaint I had was trying to download the Logan app to get my first time customer bonus but at the time they are doing upgrades to the app and my S25 wouldn’t support the download. I asked the bartender about it and she went above and beyond to ask the manager about it to get the info why and of coarse updating the app. Im not sure the name of the bartender but she deserves employee of the month. That’s why I put the date and it was during lunch My experience was wonderful. I avoid that part of town during season (darn snowbirds and their crazy driving, if you are a local you know what I’m saying) so during the off season I’m going to go im going to go there more frequently. We passed Logan’s and decided to stop there. We hadn’t eaten at a Logan’s for a long time. It was a good decision. We had the 6 and 8oz sirloin. Both steaks were tender, tasty, and perfectly cooked to our requested temperature. Service was friendly and welcoming.
One thing was disappointing but it wasn’t in the restaurant’s control. The menu had a blurb to download their Rewards app, join, and get a $5 new member discount. So I tried to download it, but Google Play said it wasn’t available for my phone because it was only compatible with older versions of Android. Bye, bye, discount

The food wasn’t good, the service wasn’t too great, the atmosphere was not bad at all.
We ordered the nachos as an appetizer, which wasn’t too bad. But our dinners were not good. We both ordered steaks (medium), and one of them was overcooked. The corn and green beans tasted as if they were just poured from a can and heated in the microwave for a few seconds…no flavor and not cooked properly. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes that was over cooked somehow. The texture was just odd and not appetizing. The only part of the dinner we enjoyed was the rolls (delicious!), the broccoli, and one of the steaks.
The server was very nice, but she kept forgetting to bring us the things we would request. We both had drinks but were only given one straw. We asked for an additional straw and extra napkins. It was never brought to us, and we had to get up and get them from the bar. After receiving our dinner, I had to ask twice for my steak sauce (only sauce was brought for my mother originally). We also had to ask for more rolls twice because we didn’t receive them the first time we asked. The restaurant wasn’t packed at all, but I could tell that the server was busy helping other tables. She was really nice, but she seemed very forgetful once a request was made.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was good. It was clean, and the servers all seemed kind and kept busy.

Staying in the Ft. Myers area, was looking for a reasonably priced steak dinner. Logan’s was just the place I was looking for. Clean, pleasant staff and priced right.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t entirely trouble free.
I ordered the bacon on a stick for an appy, and 20 min later the manager came to the table to apologize for not having that plate available. There wasn’t another appy we wanted so the manager offered a free dessert.
I ordered the 22 oz porterhouse with garlic butter, my guest ordered the NY Strip (w/garlic butter). The garlic butter is an added price.
20 min later, the waitress said she was waiting for the strip, but the porterhouse was done. This steak is huge and thin, so by the time it came out – the steak was bordeline cold and all the butter was melted. The strip came out with a large ball of garlic butter.
The cook was dead-on however. Med-rare on the PH and medium on the strip.
The fries were good, but again – tepid at best.
The saving grace was the server. Super nice and overly apologetic, she constantly was checking in during all the downtime so we certainly not forgotten out front though the back of the house certainly was in disarray.
The hot brownie desert was delicious too.
I’d go back. At least once more. That can’t happen again, right? Right?

Ordered steak Alfredo for delivery and received steak Alfredo with raw steak not rare steak RAW!!!! Called to speak with manager and she just said call door dash and get a refund. She had no personality and acted like I was bothering her. Mark this down as a place I will not order from again.

I had a great experience at Logan’s Roadhouse! The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere of the place was just as impressive: welcoming, clean, and with a great vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!

You shouldn’t order delivery. My bag was opened. I’m pretty sure the delivery person ate more than half of my french fries out of my stake plate. The plate didn’t had any sign of being sealed or anything like that. It is safer to order a burger from Culver’s than from here, but I wanted a stake. There were only 5 french fries on my order.

I tell you; it’s getting harder and harder to find a good place in Florida lately. Usually now, if you get good food, then you get bad service, or vise versa.
This place not only had amazing food, but also OUTSTANDING service.

Today was the first time we tried this restaurant. Like the older folks we are we went in for a later lunch. Our meals were served quickly, hot and delicious. The servicer was professional and extremely friendly. We have driven by this restaurant many, many times, but today we made the decision to go in. We are very pleased that we made that decision.
