Logan’s Roadhouse is one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we are in Albany. We have many memories of good food, and unforgettable birthdays.;) But what sticks out in my mind is how a manager always visits our table between the time our food arrives, and our departure. To me, this says that they are very aware and attentive. For a high end steak house, you can’t beat the price, and that’s what we consider most when dining out. The value for the dollar can’t be beat! And those blessed peanuts, always keep the kids happy. 🙂

My steak was really overcooked. The manager could care less about your food allergies. The free bread and peanuts were great. The hot plate with a good idea. The steak came out almost as fast as the salad so you don’t get a chance to eat a salad. No A-1 steak sauce or sugar packs at my table.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary, and I will be dragging her back if I have to for my birthday. The peanuts were a nice touch, but my favorite was my steak. You can order any steak “Brewski Style”, which comes smothered in beer-battered onions. It’s a tad pricey, but the service and food was excellent. My T-Bone was cooked perfectly, and thinking about it again is actually making my mouth water. If I wasn’t going to get home at midnight I might stop by to get another one.

If I could give a negative star I would. We were told a 15-20 min wait. Went to inquire after 30 mins and after waiting almost an hour was about to leave and they sat us. Half of the steaks were cooked wrong and we received our baked potatoes when we were almost finished with our steaks. This is a steak house and baked potatoes should ALWAYS be ready. Who wants their potato AFTER eating their steak? The MANAGER there tonight was a JOKE!!! He discounted our steaks by $3. Guess that’s the cost of the baked potato. I will NEVER be back to this restaurant and EVERYBODY that I speak to will know about our experience, I will make sure of that. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went.

There’s ALWAYS a problem when I come to Logan’s. However this last time was very nerve wrecking. Me and my family came to logan’s after my sister graduation. Everything was fine until we were seated. The server we had was very nice. But we had dead roaches behind our table , my sister received a salad in a unclean plate, my other sister received a half rack rib that wasn’t cooked all the way, my sister mother received the same dish I had but her Salmon was just rare and uncooked. Who ever has the task for cleaning up did not clean up, dishes wasn’t properly washed, and the cooks needs to be slapped. The manager took off two things on our ticket which was okay, and I forgot to mentioned I had aluminum foil in my mushrooms. SMH Just do better!

The service is mostly quick and the food is good. They play country style music, with sports channels softly playing in the corners of the room. If a rustic country style of menu is your thing, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this experience.

Breona from Ney Jersey or New York was my waitress…she was great! We got hot food including hot rolls. She bonded with my kids and the staff welcoming was wonderful. We had been here before and it was at night time and tge service was bot anything to brag about on our before visit. This time i saw a huge differnce and im thinking that itbwas because it wasnt as busy.

This is the most slowest place in the world. Why will it take a hour to get your food and the waiter keep tell us it is not her fault. I don’t see why it is not because she is a part of the Logan’s as well. Keeping the customers happy is part of there business.

This was my second time having this it was awful both times. The first time was dine in the service was horrible the food OK. The second time was a carryout my friend brought me to work it was just plain out nasty. I promise I’m so over Logan’s so back to Longhorn’s I go. Sorry please get better cooks and waitresses.

Worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. We walked out after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. My 6 year old daughter was crying because she was so thirsty. Never again will we attempt to eat here. The staff is horrendous.
