Went on a grils day with my 3 daughters (7 and 2 10 year olds) and we saw logans was not busy. The waiter looked like he didnt want to be there, the porkchops were dry, croutons almost didnt exist and I requested more. Got them and it was salt and crumbs. Daughter ordered corn with her kids meal and it was the last thing to come out. Plates were chipped. No kids cups. And the worst thing, the handicap stall had a knife as a door lock!!!! My sister almost cut her finger!!!! Thats awfuland a safety concern. My kids all had to go at the same time and they had to use that stall.

All my food was Perfectly done.I had the 6oz Sirloin mediium rare(pink)with Baked Potato& Broccoli.Warm rolls and butter to start.I only ate half the meal and my server helped me with ice in the takeout since we still had hours before getting home.Best Espresso Martini was only$10 in a large glass.My steak was so tender,and everything Delicious.Wish we had a Logan’s back home!

We actually really enjoy Logan’s it’s never quite as busy as Texas Roadhouse which is nice.
We had the Roadhouse Shrooms and Mesquite BBQ NY Strip. Shrooms were perfect. I think the steak should have been braised a bit more on the bottom as it was soggy. Tasted fine but I dinged a single star for that. Otherwise will be back again sometime.

Food was absolutely terrible. Stopped by as we were driving back to Florida for lunch. First no lunch menu. Server had to of been new to not know any answers to my questions. Ordered a salad and soup the salads were soggy and watery. The broccoli was nice and good ranch. Now the soup mind you there was maybe one other table(should have known better but never been wanted to try) my soup came out cold cheese wasn’t even melted. Was literally thrown into a microwave then over cooked. Didn’t even eat. 10/10 will not go back.

Seated quickly. Decent amount of TVs with various sporting events on. Our server, Devin, did a good job and our order was correct. The main course came out a little too soon when we were barely through the appetizer. I do recommend the nachos. It has a spicy chili instead of ground beef. It’s worth a try. Steaks were great. Side items were a bit lean on the portions. The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. I can recommend this location. RLTW!

The only good qualities of our visit were that the front of house gave us an accurate wait time to be seated and the rolls were warm and fresh. We went with 6 people in our party and the restaurant was not very full so we expected decent service. We placed our drink order and food order at the same time and did not receive food for about 45 minutes and our server only came to refill drinks twice in that time. We ordered the steak cobb salad with avocado, no bacon, and thousand island dressing, teriyaki chicken, a steak with a baked potato, a country fried steak,a bacon cheeseburger, and smoked shrimp skewers. Out of all of these meals only 2 came out mostly right. They did not have avocado or thousand island dressing so instead of informing us and letting us change the order, the salad was brought without it and with bacon. The steak was supposed to be medium but it was rare, bordering on plain raw. The bacon cheeseburger was smothered with onions and mushrooms despite being ordered with no garden. Instead of smoked shrimp they brought fried shrimp which was replaced. The teriyaki chicken was correct, but very bland. Finally, the country fried steak technically came properly but was 4 different temps and the breading contained a piece of chicken as shown in the picture. We were very dissappointed in the meal and the service, especially because when we tried to talk to the manager he was very hesitant to remove fully incorrect items from the bill or do much at all to right the situation. I hope others have a better experience but I would not recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I went there for dinner a few days ago and it was surprisingly not busy. We both had the ribeye and her’s was rare as she requested and mine came out almost well done instead of medium like I asked, but there were super great and remade it for me. Our waitress was suoer attentive and the service was really quick.

Husband and I visited the Pooler Ga location this morning 12/5/25, for an early lunch. It opened at 11:00 and we were there at 11:15. We each got a deluxe bbq burger. It was nothing special. However, had we gone to the restrooms before we had eaten we would have promptly left.
You would think that they would have been spotless as they had just opened but they were gross. I went to the ladies room and the tiled walls didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned. The sink was dirty. My husband assured me that the men’s bathroom was dirty as well.
It makes me wonder what condition they keep their kitchen in. I’m sick to my stomach even thinking about it.
It was our first and last time ever going to a Logan’s Restaurant. Lesson learned from this is to in the future always take a look before ordering.
