Going with two stars and only because our waitress did a great job. I ordered a medium well steak With green beans and mashed potatoes. We waited forever & Once our food finally arrived, I was greatly disappointed. Both of our mashed potatoes were cold on the inside … with the outside very slightly warmer than the inside. The green beans were OK but nothing spectacular. Here’s the kicker though – I ordered a medium well steak & this is what was brought out to me. I brought it to the waitresses attention & she took it back to have it fixed. A man brought out my new steak and stupid me, looked at the piece that I’ve already sliced & saw that it looked much better so I told him it was okay. Two – three bites into the steak I’m right back to the same color steak as the photo I included. The only reason we went here to begin with is because we received quite a few gift cards for Christmas but we definitely will not be returning to the Dalton location. Maybe one in Chattanooga would be better?

Fort Oglethorpe location. When we arrived at 5:30 they told us 30 to 45 minute wait. I’m looking around and I’m seeing all kinds of empty tables and booths and wondering why, but OK 30 minutes. Wait on New Year’s Eve. Won’t bother to go somewhere else or wait. 45 minutes later I’m noticing there’s three girls standing there reading people coming in and telling them that the weight is going to be an hour and a half. There’s all kinds of staff standing around because they don’t have any people to wait on. The restaurant is only about 1/4 filled, but the reason they can’t seat us according to the manager is because they’re taking so many pick up orders and they only have one grill going instead of two they can’t keep up with orders. So they finally see these two old ladies and the waitress tells us that it’s probably going to take a while to get our food for the same reason but she’ll do the best she can. I ordered my steak medium well and when it finally arrived, it was more well done but I kept it at this point, I sure wasn’t waiting on them to cook another. But I felt bad for the weight staff too because they lost money on tips tonight that they would have normally had a very good night but instead they had to stand around because the kitchen couldn’t keep up with customers coming in.

I’m not one to usually leave a review… but even after speaking to the manager, we still felt like there were issues with our service today.

We got there around 12:30 on a Thursday. A time that would usually be a little slow. The restaurant was mostly empty. There were a few sporadic tables but not many. Upon arrival, the host said “hey” “just 2?” And we said yes and he walked us over to the bar section. He laid the menus down on the table and said “here ya go” and then returned to the host stand and played on his phone. As a server/host, this wasn’t the best seating experience but by far not the worst. However, that was just the beginning of our experience.

We sat down and waited for our server to greet us. It was about 10 minutes later when she greeted us and asked for our drinks. She brought our drinks and then about another 10 minutes later brought the bread and asked for our food order. We ordered potato skins as an app and then two of the Logan plates. 10-15 minutes later, our food came out but we had yet to receive our potato skins. She laid down our food and did not make a comment about the potato skins, leading me to believe that she had forgotten to ring them up. She circled back and we asked about the app and she said “yeah they never put them up. Let me go check on that.” She went back into the kitchen and was gone for about 15 minutes and then came back with the app.

We went ahead and started eating our entrees while waiting for the app to come out. The food was awful. And I say that with a heavy heart. I understand that things happen. There have been times where I’ve had to serve subpar food quality due to various reasons… but this was worse than bad. I ordered my steak medium and my mom ordered hers medium well. When they arrived, mine said medium and hers said medium rare. To keep from making it a big deal, we just swapped steaks. But after cutting into them, we realized they had no color at all and appeared to be precooked and then put on the grill to bring it up to temperature. The seasoning was so subtle that there was no flavor on the steak. We even asked about this with the manager and he agreed that they looked gray and under seasoned. Since we had been there so long, we decided to forgo the option of getting a new steak. The sides were great! My broccoli was well cooked and seasoned and my mom’s sweet potato was great!

The manager came half way through us eating to deliver the potato skins. He noticed our distain for our steaks and offered to take our appetizer off. This was something that was already discussed prior when the app was forgot about. He walked away before we had the chance to comment about the free app.

Once we received the bill, we noticed there was a promotion for $8.99 taken off. The potato skins were $9.99 so I assume that was what was taken off but it wasn’t even the right amount discounted. We waited around for another 10-15 minutes to have our server take our payment. She brought boxes and we decided just to take the steaks home and season them and grill them ourselves.

While we were eating, another table showed up. After waiting 15 minutes to be greeted, they left frustrated. The host was playing on his phone and even walked over and took a phone call in the bar section. The bartender/server (Aundrea I believe her name was?) was slow and seemed as though she did not want to be there. The manager had a mediocre attitude and also seemed as though he hated his job.

Overall, a bad experience. 10/10 would not recommended.

We waited to be seated for 15 mins with no person in site until my husband grab a server from the floor to seat us. The service we got from our server was forgetfulness. There were three tables which had different servers but ours was very forgetful. She had forgotten another item which we had ordered and we asked her for it and she walks off to go and clean a table instead of getting the item she forgot. We were almost done eating when she finally brought it out. Food was ok but not their best work. This restaurant needs more training in my view and then could be great. Will try again in a few months.

Logan’s Roadhouse provided excellent service,my server Jay was the best in the restaurant, she was very polite and friendly! The food came out quickly. The spinach dip was delicious, and the beer hit the spot after work. The friendly environment and great people made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here it’s been horrible Whoever is over this store needs fired in my opinion as the food quality is terrible now. I won’t be back. I give them a few tries to improve. Apples look horrible. Steak is a dried up piece of jerky. Ribs are so dry. Do not waste your time eating here.

I sat waiting on food for 45 minutes!. There were only 2 other patrons in the whole restaurant! My food came out overcooked and I waited over 12 minutes for something to drink! I won’t be back!! If you want to sit and wait then this is the place for you, if not I would suggest you go elsewhere(remember only 2 other patrons in the whole restaurant)!

A $100 worth of pure garbage. Quantity and presentation 0 ⭐️ the food was cold and had no flavor. It was as if they were feeding scraps to animals. It was just low quality and expensive.

Let me start by saying wife and wanted something different, we said Logan’s, we’ve had a bad experience in here in the past and it has been along time since we’ve been here so we thought we would give it another try now we know why we havnt been back
We ordered steaks and a salad and we got our salad quickly and then waited another 45 minutes for them to come back and say they forgot to cook our steak. I wasn’t even that busy
So we told The waitress to just to pack it up and then we’ll take it home with us.
We won’t ever come back cause this place has gone to crap

Went to Logan’s for my birthday. Was unpleasantly surprised. The restaurant was almost empty, our server was prompt, attentive, and very nice. Food was brought out kinda quickly. Our main course was the issue. We both ordered the same steak, just different size(ounces). Mine looked like it stayed on the grill too long while his came out looking grey. My sweet potato was completely burnt on the outside. We took it as, we came, we saw, we ate, and we will never return.
