My wife and I recently went here for a special occasion dinner and were pleasantly surprised. For a Wednesday evening the parking lot was almost packed, but we were able to get seated right away. We got the roadhouse cheese fries for an appetizer. The fries were fresh out of the frier and still hot and crispy with tons of melted cheese perfect with ranch dipping sauce. We both ordered the onion brewski sirloin dinners, which is an 8oz sirloin steak with Samuel Adams brewed onions then garlic butter on top and topped with french fried onions. This was delicious and both steaks were cooked perfectly, props to the cooks that night. Our side salads were both fresh and flavorful as well. Shout out to our waitress Skyler who was awesome and made dinner a great experience. This place is worth the trip as I will be going back soon!

I came in at around 830pm. The restaurant closes at 10pm. It was surprisingly busy. To start, I had excellent service. My waitress was very sweet, attentive, and friendly. Cocktails are cheap, 4.75 for a rum and diet coke (light pour), but exactly what I wanted. The Caesar salad option was unfortunately not gluten-free, so I went with a baked sweet potato, only butter, and loaded baked potato as sides with my ribeye. I ordered my steak rare, given my expectation that it would likely be overcooked.
It did take 30-40 minutes to get my food. I was not in a rush, but this will become important shortly.
My food was tasty, both potatoes cooked perfectly. My steak was good, overcooked to medium rare, bordering medium in some spots, as expected. The steaks are very thin and steak house quality, probably on parr with the steaks at Save-a-lot. I enjoyed everything, but was a bit underwhelmed.
As we got closer to closing time, my waitress visits became incredibly frequent, with repeat offers of containers. I ended up finishing at 945pm-ish, leaving at nearly exactly 10pm after paying, partly due to having to flag the waitress down for an itemized receipt.

Made the drive up from Mooresville. It’s been years since I’ve eaten at this location. The sirloin was perfectly cooked, salad was fresh, broccoli was on point, fried mushrooms were hot, and the service was top-notch. Decent selection of brews on draft. Might start coming here more often.

Let me start by saying our waiter (lance) was amazing all around and deserves a raise I wish the food was as good as his customer service. Sadly it wasn’t my bf ordered medium steak. It came out first time and it was raw. Waiter and manager was polite and offered him a second one, it came out the same if not worse. The manager then asked “is it under cooked” as if she couldn’t see it was raw flesh…. they took his meal off the receipt but with it being date night I wish it was better! Thank you again Lance for the wonderful attitude

Very unfortunate that my take out experience was nothing like my usual dine in experiences are at the Kannapolis location. It was my first time eating from this location.
Ordered medium rare, but the steak was medium.
The mashed potatoes tasted watery and they initially dumped gravy on it when I didn’t want any. No gravy should be an option when ordering online. They also didn’t fill the container to capacity.

This Logan’s is actually insane, I truly understand why they have a 91.5 and honestly, I’m shocked it’s not lower than that, it definitely should be. Upon entry no one really gave a greeting, everyone working looked like they were in absolute agony, which, part of me I understand as I work in the food biz myself but sometimes you gotta just fake it to make it in order to give a good experience, you know? Anyway, both plates I received were disgusting, all the silverware were dirty, I was charged around $20 for 8 small chicken tenders and a total of 11 fries, absolutely obscene. Our waitress was very unpleasant to be around and lowkey was making me sad with how miserable she seemed. The chicken left this very saturated yellow stain everywhere it touched and was way too soft to be considered fully cooked, there’s literally no way this was safe to eat and I don’t wanna even think about it, I’ve never so quickly went from starving to absolutely repulsed by a meal. This place has went insanely downhill and there’s not a snowballs chance in hell that I will return.

I had an awful experience. My server was fine but I was treated like a common criminal by management. I cannot believe how you all came to the table and questioned me and then shortly afterward let a police officer come to the table and interrogate me and search through my belongings. You must have cameras so you could easily see I did nothing wrong and that the patron at the bar made false allegations against me. I am an affluent, middle aged woman, well put together, I always mind my business and am very respectful, and yet you all accused me of stealing someone’s belongings at the bar! Under such circumstances, I would expect a situation like this to be handled more discreetly and fairly. You all could have pulled me aside and mentioned that you had a question for me and had me come to an office or somewhere more private. Instead, you were loud and interrupted a first date and embarrassed me beyond belief. Every other patron in the restaurant saw and heard everything! Well after you all and the police left our table, people continued to stare at us and watch us. I was completely mortified, so much so that I lost my appetite and we didn’t end up ordering any food after that horrifying experience. You ruined my first date and left a poor impression with him due to the allegation. I will never forget the experience and I will tell everyone I know about it. The disrespect was astounding! I will never visit Logan’s ever again.
