I had an issue with my Chili’s pick up order today, so I popped in Logans to do a To Go order so I could eat tonight. I did not have to wait much at all to place the order or for it to be ready….and HOT. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and nice. The young lady that was seating people who went to get him for me was also very pleasant and nice. The food was still hot and also very good when I got home and ate it.

The server, Gillian, was very attentive and in tune with our needs, to include two young children. She was an absolute delight! One of the cooks also made flames for my daughters while they watched – the whole staff made the experience memorable!
The cook on the food we ordered was perfect – fall off the bone ribs, rare steak, crispy chicken strips – everything we had was on point. The steak could have used some more seasoning but it did not take much away from the experience. Overall this has been my best dining experience in Jacksonville in recent memory. Logans doesn’t claim to be anything more than it is, and sometimes thats all you need.

I’m not one to complain but.
Upon being seated at this restaurant, i was served ice cold water and hot fresh rolls before placing my order. The sweet potato was good, the chicken was fresh however the steak was sent back a few times to be redone personally by the manager which I appreciate the care taken for my order place today.

My good friend and I were looking forward to a great lunch together, and that’s just what we had. Jillian introduced himself and was very friendly and helpful. He was very attentive throughout our meal, yet not overly so, he saw that we were talking and did not interrupt. Anything we needed he was right there to help. I ordered the chopped steak and it was cooked perfectly. The loaded baked potato was so fresh, and so was the salad. My friend had the chicken tenders and she mentioned that they were nice and crispy and delicious. Her baked potato and salad was fresh also The cheese sticks were cooked perfectly. Logan’s sure met our expectations on having a great meal today that we could enjoy! We will definitely be back and I will also be asking for Jillian, it was a pleasure meeting him today.

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. We started with potato skins and crispy onions. I had the chopped steak, salad, and a sidekick of ribs. Our wait person was amazing; we really put her through her paces. Always a great time!

Just want to say, if the food matched the service, this would be close to a 5 star restaurant.
With great service upon entering I was excited to eat here. We started off with the rolls and wings as an appetizer, both really good. Then I ordered a new york strip and upon arrival, had to send the steak back from being under cooked. When it returned (same piece) it was over done. The sweet potato was bland even with brown sugar and butter. I decided to take it to go, but my permanent date stated her stomach is bubbling after eating her steak. Needless to say, I did not eat the steak or take it to go, but tipped well for the great service.
