Our first time at Logans. We were so excited because we hadn’t tried the place before. The service was great. The atmosphere felt good. Food, eh… husband got the ribeye sandwich with fries. His ribeye, although very thin, it tasted so good and was tender. But, he was able to eat it in about 5 bites. Small. His mini samich was over $15. I had the Roadhouse combo, steak, and ribs, mashed potatoes, and sauted mushrooms. Mushrooms were perfect. The steak was tough and overcooked. It was also a very small piece of meat. The ribs, I thought were ok, although my husband didn’t like them. Said it was the sauce. They were tender. But the ribs well were mostly bones. Meat was a small strip on 1 side of bone. Husband said, eh, nah. I shared my meats with my husband because he was done with his sandwich, trying to fill up on his fries

When me and my friend arrived we waited a few minutes because nobody was at the front. They were doing a shift change. We understood. I had to wait probably 15 minutes for my drink to be made because again shift change. But I will say their food is amazing. And our waitress was very kind.

Went during lunch on Thursday. The waitress was very polite and patient. It was not busy so there was no waiting for a table. The tables were cleaned prior to us being seated. Now the good part, I got the half rack and it was very good! And the rolls are amazing. I will definitely go back again.

We were lucky to have Sharon as our waitress and she was wonderful! Had the rolls right out because she could tell we were starving. She spoke directly to my grandchildren and got on their level to hear them. She didn’t hover but it was easy to get her attention. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. It made our afternoon to be so looked out for. Thank you Sharon

Not what we’re used to. My baked potato was cold. My “rare” steak was medium rare at best. And as we were finishing up a cockroach was crawling around on the back of the bench behind my wife. We squished it in a napkin and went to hand it to a waitress and she recoiled. She came back later and said the manager was busy but we could have a free desert. The manager did come around and questioned me as to whether it was actually a cockroach or palmetto bug. He then offered to show us their pest control logs? Disappointed.

Ordered the combo Sirlon and Shrimp. The steak was not cooked as ordered and very chewy with a lot of fat. I typically order Sirlons because I don’t care for the fat. The appetizers and salads were great. My friend ordered Salmon and said it was the worst she has ever had. The waitress was great and very attentive. Wished I could remember her name since she was amazing. Totally tipped on the service and NOT the food.

It’s never really failed to meet or exceed expectations. Wait time is usually low even on a busy day, service is always exceptional, and the food is always up to par if not better. I’ve had very few mediocre experiences here out of the over hundred times we’ve been and no bad experiences.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff pleasant. The food was not as great as I expected as the steak was not of the best quality. However, this could have been a one off situation so I will give it another try and reassess if needed. The best this is that this place is never as packed as the other places around.

Let me start by saying that the rolls and our waitress were fantastic. That being said, this was the worst Porterhouse that I’ve ever had. It was cooked medium rare as asked but the cut was horrible. It was filled with gristle and sinew that the knife couldn’t even cut. I had to use my pocket knife. This was my first time here and I really wanted to try it but if you want a good steak just go down the street to Texas Road House. The photo below is all of the gristle and sinew that I had to cut off of my $26. steak.

Have been getting take out recently. Love their mesquite grilled chicken salads. My only problem is, when they initially answer the phone, they’ll say hold for a take out person, then there’s times I wait on hold for 4-5 minutes, before having to call back. Other than that, they’re all friendly and welcoming at the front door/host stand, and cahsier.
