We were driving from Myrtle Beach the last Memorial Day weekend. I’m glad to see this place. All the food was perfect the rib eye, the Baked Idaho potato with bacon and sour cream was a blast, my mushrooms yummy, and juice. My husband had green beans and the flavor was terrific.

Logan’s Roadhouse is probably the best steakhouse in Monroe. The bone in ribeye is to die for! Vanessa the manager gave me the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited 5 times in the course of two weeks so I’d say it was good. Food came out great as well as those dinner roles with cinnamon butter. Plenty of drink options and the ones my group had we all great. Abigail was our waitress and she was wonderful took good care of us. Lindsay was another waitress we had and made us have good laughs.

Service was good, rolls were raw, salad was thrown together as if the cooks were playing basketball with the ingredients. My steak was first over cooked, then under cooked. Don’t expect to get a perfect medium rare here. For a “steakhouse”, and I use that term very loosely, they can’t cook a steak to save their lives. However, it’s the best one can do while in Monroe, NC.

Everything was wonderful. We had sirloin tips, other steak, burgers, fries, Mac and cheese, salad,hot rolls and butter while you waiti was with 7 other family members. Our waitress was all over it. Never had to ask for anything she was great kept drinks filled, when rolls where low she brought more and we didn’t have to wait on it. The cook got everything cooked just like we ask for from well done to medium rare absolutely perfection

I want to say first of I came from a service industry background, and while the food wasn’t completely 5 star the service was! As a whole people don’t always recognize the service or the atmosphere I do. Jessica was an awesome bartender, both friendly but when we wanted a little time she gave us that too. My husband and I NEVER EVER get out just the two if us. My mom wanted both of our kids to stay the night since it’s summer and so we decided to stop for a quick bite. Jessica was friendly and also respected we wanted to take a little longer to order and enjoy our time! Drinks were amazing and so was the service. The food was good, my steak however came out too done. BUTTTTR before I even cut it she pointed out that it was too done and said “don’t worry there is another one already on the way” . The manager brought it out and apologized even though I didn’t even complain! I mean when does that ever happen. Usually staff notices but leave it up to chance. They had great specials and just all around did an amazing job! Thank you for a wonderful evening Jessica!!!

Dinner rolls are still good, steak was good but slightly undercooked. It was close enough to medium for me so no big deal. My friend ordered his well done and it was not as close, but we were starving and ate both quickly. Better service than some other steak houses, but not firing on all areas of food and service. My cup of soup never arrived until I asked for it to go, and drink refills were slow.

Party of 6 sat quickly after everyone arrived. Was seated for some time before server came to table. Took awhile for food to arrive and had to flag the server after everyone was finished and had sat there long enough for kids at the table to get antsy. Server was pleasant but it seems was assigned too many tables. Food portions were generous and tasty. Prices are competitive.

Our server was Hailey M, she said it was her first day serving and she was wonderful. She checked on us, got us everything in a timely manner, and was overall a really great waitress. I hope we get her every time we go!
