Poor management. Hostess stand was a mess, nobody was there. We got sat at a dirty table, no silverware. We asked for silverware and they didn’t have any rolled, was handed forks on a stack of napkins. Our waitress was very nice but had to give us a list of things they were out of ( 6 or 7 things they didn’t have). Bathrooms dirty. The quality of this place has went way down. We use to love it. Quit eating here because it was not great, thought we would try again. Nope even worse. Will not be coming back!

First time at Logan’s Steakhouse, wasn’t super impressed. Our table was sticky from not being cleaned properly. The women’s restrooms smelled like urine, simply mopping and spraying air freshener would fix that issue. We got our salads and within minutes our entrees came out – not sure if this is normal seeing as we have never visited a Logan Steakhouse before. We both ordered the Filet Mignon it was great. My daughter got a burger that she didn’t care for. My son got steak tips and fries which he liked. The place wasn’t busy. Our waitress was nice – and did absolutely nothing wrong! We were just passing through on a road trip so we won’t be back and it has nothing to do with service.

First time here & never again. Took over an hour to get our food. Ordered steak med rare & it was super rare & tough. They refixed the steak & I took it to go since everyone else was already done by that point. I cut it when I got home & it was cooked correctly but still super tough. A manager came by BEFORE our food was even there. Didn’t come by after we got the food, despite my complaint & no discount on our bill. The music blaring was TERRIBLE. We were ready to leave right away because of it. Our waitress did fine so she got a 4.

Amazing experience, great food and fantastic service. The receipt said our waitresses name was Hannah.
She was very friendly and attentive. Our food was brought out quickly and served fresh and hot. I ordered a meatloaf and a sirloin steak well done. The steak was juicy and easy to cut + cooked perfectly. The meatloaf was amazing, hot, and it melts in your mouth. Absolutely fantastic every time we come in.
10/10 will come back.

We were greeted immediately by host stand. They were on a 25 min wait but chose to dine at the bar! Shawn greeted us immediately and got our drinks! The restaurant had a lot of dirty tables all around. And stayed dirty and with dishes until we left. We enjoyed our experience but we could had really enjoyed some ambiance. There was no music. Staff was short handed I think. Manager was on line working so he had his hands full. Our Caesar salad and chili were delicious! Our Trout wasn’t of good quality. Our Broccoli had zero flavor except u could tell it was old. Mac & cheese had grisly bacon. The entree was the worst ever. We should had ordered red meat. Pics of restrooms shows lack of upkeep. It’s close to the interstate and shopping. Hope they get more help. Things could def be better.

Was sat after a small wait, after sitting down I went to the restroom, very dirty. I then went back to my table only to notice I had a grease stain on my pants due to the booth not being wiped down. Waited an hour on our food. Once the food got there it was cold. Small portions and bottom of the barrel steak. Steak wasn’t cooked correctly. I let the waitress know my party will pay for our soft drinks but besides that we were not satisfied and will be leaving to eat somewhere else. For the prices it should have been good food and good quality but it was neither.

This was not a good experience. The waiter did not write any orders down. The service was slow. The rolls were not fresh vut were eatable When I got my salad, the lettuce was brown, and the croutons were stale. The appetizer we ordered of loaded baked potato skins was burnt on the bottom and very hard to eat. My husband ordered the French onion soup, and 45 minutes later, the waiter comes by says “I will go check on it now.” Another 20 minutes later, he finally returns with the steaks and has no soup. We asked about it, and we’re then told they were out and would have to pick something else! He ordered the apples, which were not hot and old. The steak was like shoe leather and not the way we ordered it. The only good thing was that the baked potato was delicious! The manager finally came to our table another 30 minutes after he was notified and took $20 off our bill, and gave a brief apology.

Our server was very nice and helpful. Food was very over cooked. Burger was gray and burnt. Nachos for appetizer and the cheese and nachos were so over cooked it was dark brown nachos with brown cheese. You could not tear them apart and had to peel off the top layer. You could smell the bathrooms from our seats. And the bathroom was very unwelcoming and garbage everywhere. We really enjoy the one in Charleston was surprised by this visit here in Huntington.

First time trying Logan’s , never again . Arrived about 11 :15 , just after they opened.server was nice , attentive and knowledgeable , took about 10 minutes trying to decide cause menu gave a ton of options but we went with a rare 6oz. Steak and shrimp on a stick . Once order was taken we sat til about 12:20 and our food came out and it was cold . I mean so cold that I picked up a handful of green beans with my bare hand! Picked up my crab cake and broke it apart ! Shrimp on stick was cold to touch . Floor manager came and apologized and made it right but dang Logan’s has a reputation and this experience was pitiful.
