Wayne was my server and he was excellent. I had the meatloaf with the mashed potatoes and onions. It was delicious and I had the sweet potatoes which is amazingly big. Very tasty and I also had the shrimp bites with the sauce on the side. Definitely a great place to eat.

I paid extra for an avocado. It came in a wrapper. And it was expired.
My husband ordered loaded fries and they were cold and only had cheese. No bacon. Just cheese.

Tonight was an absolutely Terrible experience at Logan’s Roadhouse on Valley View Blvd in Roanoke. I give it 0 stars out of 5. It used to be a great restaurant and used to be Clean, which it was not, at all, tonight. The whole restaurant was absolutely FILTHY, with extremely Slow Service in every area also. From the half hour we waited to even have a server come to the table, to the bar not getting our first drinks out for another half hour and they were not even right/what we
Ordered when they came, they never even asked to refill waters or ask if we wanted anything else…..to how dirty everything was…..The tables, the menus, the floors, the bathrooms…..all
were soo dirty. And the terrible sulfur odor smell that came from the kitchen every time the door was left partially open near the end of our “meal”, the 3 out of 4 clogged toilets in the women’s bathroom, overcooked charred meatloaf and undercooked pink chicken strips….the dark haired waitress (or maybe a manager???) who was admiring herself and primping in the bathroom mirror and standing in the middle of the bathroom, blocking guests from getting to the toliets or the sink.
This place was so unsanitary in every area that I honestly believe the health department should shut them down!
Our server tried to be nice but all of the service behind the scenes was so slow and bad also..….bartenders, cooks, whoever might have ever cleaned this restaurant (a long time ago apparently)……no one seemingly had any interest in doing anything in that restaurant. And the servers who were there were all clumped together talking and eating themselves. We came in at 7:30pm and had a terrible time, soooo slow, took 3 hours for a horrible experience, not an enjoyable time at all. Way too much to pay for absolutely no attention to detail in any area. I would Not recommend that anyone try to eat here.

I put an online order at 5pm for a LITERAL kids mac and cheese and corn and it said the food would be done at 5:24. So i sat there and waited and kept asking when it would be done because it was taking forever and they just kept saying it wasn’t done yet. It wasn’t done until 6:10! There were a ton of staff but barely any customers because it was easter. A lot of the staff were just sitting on their phones. The bathroom was a disaster and the staff were very unfriendly. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The ONION ring appetite was excellent. Ordered a sweet blackberry tea, tasted like unsweet tea.
The food appearance was excellent but not seasoned and quite bland. Mashed potatoes tasted like boxed.
Tables were also sticky.
There are definitely better options in Roanoke for the $$.

Great service and FINALLY good tasting food. The mash potatoes were a bit cold but the meat was (Grilled smothered chicken) and the Meatloaf was the perfect temperature.
We are traveling from Pennsylvania to Texas.

This resturaunt needs a good cleaning! My phone literally got stuck to the table from whatever was on the table. The floors where very dirty and no employees doing anything but standing around talking! We were sat at one of the booths by the bar so the bartender was our server. He walked by our table and asked how were our steaks without stopping. He actually said it as he passed by! I ordered the 12 Oz ribeye which was cooked improperly and very small and thin there’s no way that was 12ozs. And finally the bathrooms were as trashed as the rest of the resturaunt. I won’t be back!

I don’t like to complain but tonight I will. The only things good to eat were the rolls and everything else was NoT EVeN cooked right. The rolls are the reason why they get two stars that’s it I’m done. Don’t eat there ever bring your own barf bags!

I contacted the restaurant to confirm that they had the prime rib available since last week I had traveled the 14 miles with my family only to find they were out of the meat. The gentleman I spoke with asked why I was inquiring and I explained the problem, he took down my name and said to ask for the manager when I arrived. I was seated quickly and ordered the prime rib and the food was brought out very quickly, after my meal the bill was reduced by 10% for the last week problem.
