First time here and we had a great experience. Food and sides were served lickety split. Good selection of beers and a lot of different mixed drinks. For me, the Shrimp Staked Salmon was absolutely delicious.

I was early but it was a nice place. Had the Logan steak with two crab cakes, mashed potatoes and green beans. All was tasty except the green beans. They taste straight out of the can. My only real objection tho was the waitress kept asking if I needed anything or if everything was ok. She asked over five times in the 45 min I was there. Very nice tho…

For a chain place, they usually have some pretty decent food. It doesn’t always smell so fresh, but they have 22oz beer, and pretty reasonable steak prices. The Sirloin is good enough that I wouldn’t bother with a more expensive cut (cook your own at home). On this visit one steak was under done and the other was over done, but we just swapped, and all was well. The ribs were good. The Mashed potatoes were cold, but still tasted fine. It was pushing 10pm, and in this post CoVID world, were all restaurants now close at 9pm, I will take when I can get.

Surprisingly for a Saturday night we got a table right away. Our waitress seemed less than thrilled to be working. Very quiet and hard to hear her. We received our food and the portion sizes have definitely decreased while the prices increased. I got the grilled chicken and it looked like 1 piece that was cut. Not the normal portion I always got before. And the rice was hard and the French fries undercooked. Also added on a piece of salmon for my son and that was also a very small piece for $10!! My husband ordered mushrooms and onions on the side for his steak and literally got 4 slices of mushrooms and about 6 slices of onions. Very disappointed with how the place is going downhill since it first opened. Don’t see us returning anytime soon.

Arrived at 6 on a sat night. Expected to wait for a table, but did not expect to wait as long as we did for beverages and food. The staff was friendly enough. The main issue was the poor bartender. Only one on staff servicing all dining table orders. Bar orders, And bar tables food. She could not keep up. We waited 20 minutes for a table and thought we would sit at the bar in the mean time. There was plenty of seats at the bar. In that 20 minutes we were not even greeted or acknowledged in any way. Sat at our table. Ordered drinks and food as soon as waitress arrived. Food comes out. Dismal. Cold. Gross. Drinks still don’t come out. Check arrives with our drinks. Socked the drinks down and got the heck out. Don’t waist your time. Better off going to McDonald’s. And there was a shrimp on the ground under the table that was reset when we were seated. And through the next reset as well when we left. Napkins under tables. Dirty. Gross.

Idk, im having a tough time with this review. Our servicer was polite, friendly and attentive however the food was just not on point. Kind of felt like i got served food from a buffet line right before they closed. Food was barely warm and taste was lacking. This was my 1st time here in maybe 5 years and 5 years ago id give them a 4.5 star for sure but this time definitely not.

Cyrel was a greater waiter. Did an amazing job with hospitality and over all a great guy. It was my birthday dinner this evening, nothing fancy but a great experience even more so than some high scale places in NYC and abroad.

First of all the people working there are all a bunch of idiots. They said that the wait was gonna be for 40 minutes because we had a baby who needed a highchair. After the 40 minutes was up we went back in and they told us that it was another 10 minute wait we decided to go inside and wait and we asked the hostess. What was the delay the 10 minutes have passed already she said that they were waiting on a highchair the baby that we had was two years old. We could’ve used a booster chair we had to do the suggestion for them to give us a booster chair. And it took them hours to come over and bring the order to the table when we got the waitress to come to the table. She said they had no pasta the manager, then came out and explain the situation that happened with the pasta machine and she suggested another type of fish that did half pasta. The waitress that took our order did not suggest anything. She just said that they were out of pasta, as we got our order, we noticed that one of the orders were missing. Apparently she said that the child’s order fell on the floor and they had to do another order. It took us 25 minutes to get the missing order that apparently fell on the floor and we had to order a side of pickles and that took about 15 minutes to get. She had to be reminded about three times. The waitress seemed like she wasn’t well there. It looked like she was high on something. At the end of our meal, we decided to split the check three ways. It took them about 15 minutes to figure it out and return our credit cards and to sign the receipts. The restaurant was empty, but yet it took all that time to get these things done. We will never go here again.
