We had went to the Whitetail banquet. The chicken was raw and actually bloody. We watched several people throw their chicken away. Needless to say my husband did not eat his chicken as you can see in the photo. The beef and Gravy you had to search for the beef. The man and woman that was working the catering was the most rudest people that I have ever seen. I do not recommend

Good little place to have a wedding reception. They have great food and the employees are awesome. They do have a bar inside the venue but you will need to tell them you want bartenders. You can do l also walk out to the the “regular” bar they have. Very nice inside! If you are looking for a reasonable priced venue, this is it!

I haven’t even eaten my food yet, but the reason I’m giving this place such a poor review is because of the following.
When we walked in there was no one else inside. I took my family of 4 and we ordered our breakfast, the girl was nice enough, but then we waited for over an hour to get our food! We told her that the kids were wanting to go to the Bangor Fun Days Parade but still when others walked in she served them their drinks and food first as we sat and waited. So we then asked her to make everything to go and told her we could just eat while at the parade, we paid and left and then maybe this was my mistake but I thought she would have put plastic ware in the bags but when we looked there was nothing, so now I have paid for 4 breakfast meals and probably can’t eat them because of this.
There is no excuse for any of this seeing as we walked in and there was not a soul to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic!!!!

The gal there cooks and tends bar like no other, we like to stop in there they have really good soups too. Cold beer great food, right off trail, go to when on the sled.
