I am a staff person who brings a Client here once a week. My Client is ALWAYS excited & happy about coming here each week. He enjoys drinking pop, socializing with his friends, sometimes dancing, & singing karaoke. This establishment is just like anywhere else since the pandemic which is short staffed. The employees here are still doing a very good job with taking everyone’s beverage & food orders & serving them in as timely of a manner as they can. I am happy my Client is happy & enjoys their time here.

Went here for a wedding and it was nice and all, but then I went outside for a smoke and got basically questioned about whether I believe in God because of my cross necklace. She then proceeded to make me uncomfortable by saying her 8-month-old grandbaby died. Like, dude, why would you tell a complete stranger something so unconditionally personal? That was highly uncalled for!!

Went to see a band play. Good acoustics in the back area where bands play. Front bar service could use some courtesy lessons and the back bar about the same. Most of the time, service is good. Not sure what happened.

Worst experience I’ve ever had we ordered our food waited 45 minutes still didn’t get our food went up to the bar counter and asked what the scoop was with our food and they said our number was called four times and we did not come up to get our food so they gave our food to somebody else when we asked if we could get our food remade the bartender or gentleman behind the bar. Got a bad attitude with my caregiver. It was really rude and not so nice when we got her food. The portions were so small it wasn’t even a portion size I don’t recommend. This restaurant to anybody because they can’t respect their guests that they serve.

Wednesday night can get very chaotic. The staff and cooks did a wonderful job getting our food out to us in a timely manner, even when accommodating over 100 people. We appreciate Lofty’s hosting Flipper’s Friends and the opportunity for our consumers to get out in the community.

We rented a party room there for a Baby Shower. The room was clean and set up on time. Staff was friendly. The party room cane with tables, chairs, private bathrooms, 3 pool tables and several dart boards. Room is huge. Room also has a bar in which you can have your own bartender if you wish for An extra fee. Food was good to from the kitchen. Definitely recommended If you roofing for a private room for a get together or party.

We were at a private event hosted in the large back room. It had 3 pool tables, a large bar, easily accessible bathrooms, outdoor access, and a stage. The stage has seen better days and was covered in an astroturf like product with some stains. There was plenty of space and good lighting. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The building is older and the parking lot is a little small for a large event.
