Best ice cream in the world, service is so good. Try one of their candies, because they handmake them every day. The burgers are very large, and the employees love the job. The decorations give the place a very nice touch of nostalgia and the shop is full of unique gifts and trinkets.

We have been watching the YouTube videos for over a decade! Traveled in from Texas to visit the store. For us, this would be a third trip, but first with our son. They were making the first batch of candy canes for the season. The kids loved watching them make the candy canes.

We saw this place on the show The Foods that built America and decided to try it out. We live in FL so it was about a 3.5hr drive for us. The service, atmosphere and food was 10/10! We ordered steak and French fries. For dessert we had ice cream. My husband had mint chocolate ice cream and I had cookies and cream.

In Dec 2025, I found lofty pursuits website and saw they make hard candy and one of the pictures on their page was of a beautiful Christmas ornament made w their holiday flavors candy. So Aunt and I thought itd be a lovely gift for family or friends. We ordered 9 of the ornaments and another packet of loose pumpkin spice candy. When the package arrived I realized smthing was wrong. We received 1 pack of the pumpkin candy and 9 packages of ‘loose’ Christmas candy, NOT the candy ornament on their website. So this put us in a last minute predictament where we tried to find/purchase edible glue to try n make the ornaments ourselves. Well it didnt work and so we nvr got the ornaments for gifts. Sometime in January I spoke w manager at Lofty and he acted surprised I was even calling abt this issue, (that they shouldn’t advertise an candy ornament online if thats not what is being sold). He replied, “We dont sell ornaments- we sell candy “. So this is def misrepresentation on their website and shld specify on the site you cannot order this.
We used half the candy trying to make the ornaments which didnt adhere, so we didnt hv all to return. He said he wld refund me for the unused candy plus id hv to pay 8.95 usd to ship it back. I think thats pretty crappy they false advertise on the site then dont offer at least store credit- instead he’s lost two customers and will never purchase from them again.

I got ice cream from them – SO GOOD. Their ice creams are delicious. They have cool trinkets, games, and more. I bought an expansion to a game I have been looking to get for SO long – I was amazed they had it! Such a cute place to go!

Absolutely incredible experience at this very cool retro ice cream shop. So many toys for the kids to look at and so many things that reminded me of my own childhood. The kids were completely captivated by the candy making, and they employees at this store are just incredible at answering their Bajillion questions. We plan to come back every Friday, as we have done for the last couple of weeks.

The food is good, and you can buy Lofty Pursuits image candy while you’re there, but if you are lucky enough to catch the start of the candy making, you won’t want to leave.

I’ve been a long time viewer of their YouTube channel and I’ve ordered some of their candy several times for myself and as gifts. They’re always coming up with interesting flavors and I love their candy. Be aware though, I live in Vegas and they are based in Florida so sometimes especially in summer the humidity and temperature changes during shipping can mess with the candy’s texture. Obviously nothing anyone has control over but just keep it in mind. If you want perfect consistency every time go to Walmart and don’t buy handmade art
