lord where do i even start, the service is absolutely TERRIBLE my family and i waited almost an HOUR to have our food delivered to us. it was too the point we considered leaving a few times and even called another restaurant for food. they took 35 minutes to bring us fried pickles with was an APPETIZER and when we got our actual meals they were so COLD, MORE COLD THAN THE AIR IN THE RESTAURANT. my order of wings were so dry and it had no sauce like i asked for, it taste like i was licking dry bed sheets , and the macaroni and cheese did not taste right too me. it was at that moment i knew i never wanted to come back here

These people have some really good sandwiches. My only real ding against the place is that I asked for a cup of coffee to go with my lunch time meal and was told that Loco’s doesn’t have coffee. Really, what kind of restaurant does not have coffee? Seems like a pretty basic request, and an easy issue to fix. Just saying.

It has been a while since I’ve been to Locos and I’m so glad that they didn’t disappoint. I had the pot roast sandwich and it was just as delicious as I remembered it. . Side note…if you don’t like soggy bread stay away, but I do . I’m also not a fry person, but I love the cajun fries. The service was great as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Great food ok service. I liked the atmosphere. Clean restaurant, took a minute to get food then it was two plates every five minutes. It was twenty minutes between the first plates of food out and the last burger in our party of 8.

The service was terrible. we waited an hour for a burrito, hamburger and pork chop. They forgot to put in our order and i asked could we get a free appetizer for our inconvenience and they said No. They kept saying the food was on the way , but it wasn’t. Not a good experience at all. I know restaurants are short staffed nowadays, but I know he can do better.

I love the Pot Roast sandwich, but I went out on a limb and tried the Cuban, and it was perfect! The service was wonderful, and our waitress was very nice and attentive.

1st time birthday 2 days later my sisters birthday. This Loaded nachos with sausage OH MY!!! SHRIMP QUESADILLA ALL Time Fav so far! Took home the Roast beef sandwich and green beans. Yasssssss Still taste good the next Day!
