I was in Glasgow for a job and decided to get lunch at Local Roots. I got the meatloaf special with 2 sides (squash casserole and green beans) + deviled egg and roll- all delicious! (the meatloaf was meaty not bready ) The price was very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food ($14 and change) Plus, it was served immediately, and still piping hot and fresh. The woman working was also extremely nice and friendly. It’s mostly a catering business, so it serves best for pickup, though there are a few tables outside to eat. No restrooms. I will definitely be back next time I’m assigned Glasgow!

It’s in the Alley on Plaza Way. Blink and you’ll miss it. I parked at Barren County Development Center & walked down the Alley way, their door is on the left just before the parking lot.
The day I went they had lasagna zucchini boats – fantastic!! Will go back!
