This was my first time here, visiting for my sister’s birthday celebration. The vibes were definitely on a higher level, which was nice. The place itself was clean and had a good atmosphere. However, the menus were very dirty, with food stains like beans and sauce on them which honestly made me uncomfortable touching them.
The food was just okay for me. I ordered a bowl and added shrimp. While it wasn’t bad, it didn’t stand out enough for me to return specifically for the food. That said, the location is great, with plenty of stores around, making it a convenient spot to grab a bite after shopping. Our server, Mitch (sorry if I misspelled his name), was wonderful and made our experience better.

I was so excited to go here, from all the hype. Unfortunately I’m not happy at all about my experience. Went here to celebrate my birthday. Waiter wasn’t there greatest, definitely gave a little rude. Everything I ordered was ok or nasty all the way around. I was given the apple crisper for my birthday and it melted soon as it hit the table. I ordered the key lime cheese cake Togo an it was also falling apart, crust was hard as a brick. The seating isn’t comfortable at all. I want be going back. My quesadilla was good but nothing to brag about and my drink didn’t get me tipsy at all.

Nothing I would go back to. Food a little pricey for what it was. Some staff not very friendly. It’s more of a place that you go to when you want to have drinks and talk to friends sort of place. And Pillows. There were so many pillows. The tortilla strips “chips” were very hard. Just not for me.

The food is good! The rib eye tacos are really tasty, and the quesabirria is good too, though a bit too seasoned for my taste. The cocktails are nice, but not all of them. Sometimes it gets a little too noisy, so it’s hard to talk, but overall it’s a good place to eat, definitely worth a visit.

Easily makes my Memphis top 10. Absolutely loved this place. Didn’t expect it to be this good, fresh, and surprisingly kind of addictive! We had the veggie taco and the first bite damn so good. Mint rice that comes with it, tasted just as home cooked. Shrimp quesadilla was served a little cool but didn’t disappoint. More than the fried chicken taco, the veggie tasted great. Tried Local Lime while in Memphis on a short trip—pescatarian options were kind of limited, so I was happy to find this spot. I ordered the queso with chips and the fried fish tacos. Everything was really fresh and the service was great. For me, the tacos could’ve used a little more flavor/seasoning to make them stand out, but overall it was a good experience. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in town.

I have severe allergies. It’s very hard to eat places. I love this place! Amazing food. I ordered the chicken tacos without cheese and the dairy cream. I asked about sides and the amazing waitress suggested zucchini and corn as a side without butter since I’m allergic to dairy. The waitress/ bartender Leslie was AMAZING! We got our food and she said can I look at that? Noticed it wasn’t cooked as she requested. Got it remade, super on top of her orders. Also while she made drinks she covered someone’s drink with a napkin. This woman is a girls girl and I’d come back just for her! Amazing food, good vibes and recommend to anyone who asks. 10/10 for Leslie and the rest of the staff also checked on us while we sat at the bar! Thank you local lime! Excellent lunch, excellent staff and excellent vibes all around

Had the 3 steak tacos, they were flour shells, made it much easier to eat..service was excellent, especially since they were so busy. Tacos were good, not something I would crave again…..chips & Salsa before our meal was missing, not sure they are even offered ?? The 2 sides were not for me or my wife, the pickled vegetables were way to HOT & Spicy for us, so glad the waitress offered street corn for us…

Local Lime was a wonderful dining experience! I ordered a la cart with fried shrimp taco and ahi tuna taco. My side was the drunken beans, so yummy! Please treat yourself to the zucchini salsa-best salsa ever that pairs well with their perfect for dipping chips. The strawberry basil margarita was NICE. Our server, Taylor, was a true professional! Loved it and will be back!

Joey the bar manager was stellar. Drinks were phenomenal. Joey really cares about the craft. He goes through great lengths to even get real passion fruits for the Passion Fruit Daiquiri. Everyone was so attentive and had the best customer service. Joe gave great recommendations for food and drinks and we could not have been more satisfied. The food arrived quickly and was hot and super flavorful. Presentation is also amazing. I think we found our new spot!
