This was the best lobster roll I’ve ever had. I did the heatwave which sounds spicy, but it’s really just enough to give it flavor. The buns are made in house and the butter to bread ratio is perfect. Fries are delicious and chips are even great.
I just wanted to try everything so we ordered both soups to go. Can’t wait to find out how good they are.

Great food and atmosphere. The staff are very polite and we enjoyed speaking with the chef on how some of the items were prepared. Picture is of The Coastal lobster roll with chips. We also got the lobster bisque, which is made in-house and they do not skimp on the lobster. Looking forward to returning soon.

We went to a late lunch on Friday after we saw the sign out front . You have to walk up the stairs and through a hall before you come to the restaurant, when you get there it is such a cozy and inviting restaurant . It has high ceilings and is very comfortable to sit and relax after shopping . The staff was friendly and clearly loved lobster. The story of their restaurant from food truck to an eat in place was fun to hear. The food was excellent, the coastal lobster roll was very tasty and fresh . The bread was just as good as the lobster , as were the chips . We also got a lobster grilled cheese , which was very good too. I would recommend this place highly and we found there is a direct back door entrance with parking .I attached a picture of the lobster roll ( but we ate most of it before we took a photo )and the grilled lobster cheese.

Delicious food and great service! I ordered the Coastal Lobster Roll and was very pleased. The lobster was cooked and seasoned properly, and the bread was great! Homemade chips were yummy too. I will definitely be back to try their lobster mac and cheese.

Great service and the lobster roll was really good! The restaurant is nicely decorated and for the amount of seafood you get, the rolls are reasonably priced. You need to walk through an office-like hallway to get there, but it’s well worth it.
Recommended dish: the treasure chest combo (only available 11am-5pm).

Great service. I came in right at 4 and apparently they’re closing early now given that it’s slow out (said they’re going to update the website), I wasn’t upset. They were able to make me an “LBLT” even though they had pretty much finished up for the day. I’d definitely go back based on the service and friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. The roll was great and was a cool take on a lobster roll, especially the aioli. The chips were good too.

Totally deceived by the yelp photos. Extremely overpriced and the food was old and cold. Buns were stale and dry, chowder was very salty, cold and had no soup. We order the surf and turf roll but the steak tasted like it had already gone bad and was still overcooked in order to disguise the taste. Mac and cheese was just as bad as everything else, no taste and was sitting there for awhile. I’m all for local businesses but this restaurant was a big disappointment. They really need to step up their food if they want to survive. I had upset stomach the next day I woke up.

Hands down the best roll in town at great pricing, the staff is amazing and fast service they took about 5 minuites to get me my roll, the surf and turf with garlic aioli- this is a new restaurant to town they opened a week ago! Try it out!
