Very reasonable prices that include the salad bar, and seafood salad bar. The staff was attentive, and very friendly. However, the rice at the salad bar was cold. Other than that, the food was good. Drinks were decent.

My husband and I were beyond impressed. Extensive menu hard to chose but we managed. All the food was fresh and plentiful. The mussels for one could feed 4 but we managed to devour it all. Your entrees come with the salad bar which had lots of choices including of course seafood. Service was excellent. Reasonably priced and very generous portions plus quality. Oh and the desserts looked wonderful but couldn’t fit it in this time. You will not be disappointed.

I had taken my handicapped mother there for her Birthday in September and we had a wonderful time. She has a walker and no longer moves around as fast as she used to. I came up from Long Island to visit her in a nursing home in Campbell Hall. Not knowing the area myself, I had asked my brother, who lives in Monroe, where we could go to eat. He recommended The Lobster Pier. I am so glad he had because both Mom and I love Lobster and King Crab Legs. When I arrived I was so relieved to see the entrance was well set up for her and her walker. The ambiance was welcoming and the place appeared very clean. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was attentive and a lot of fun. I am upset I lost my receipt because I can’t give him the proper kudos. There is nothing worse than a miserable, stuffy waiter/waitress. That he definitely was not! I am returning on Thanksgiving with my Mother and Best Friend; and am looking forward to a delicious dinner in a warm, friendly place. I only hope we are lucky to get the same waiter. I should also mention the prices are very fair and affordable. Especially in these times.

I love seafood especially lobster meals and this place really hit the spot. We had the broiled seafood combo and it was delicious. The place was buzzing so if you’re going on Friday or Saturday would suggest you book ahead. The choice of wine is pretty good, all in all a great place for an evening meal.

I came here for my Mothers day because of the good reviews I had heard. There were two average Buffett….one seafood and one salad. Then prices for entrees were decent. Not the best seafood and seemed to be out of a package, box, etc. I also read that after 40 years they are closing their doors. You may want to call ahead if planning to dine here. Parking can be limited as well.

Excellent experience. The steak was cooked perfectly. The seafood was fresh and not overcooked. Wait staff was welcoming and efficient. They did not rush our meal courses, which was appreciated. The amount of time between each course was just right.

Many may call the decor outdated, but I think it’s great. A great family atmosphere where you can tell most patrons are regulars. The food is always fresh and the drinks are pretty tasty. Try the crab cakes…you won’t be disappointed.

First of all, they have a great value meal for guests who order before 6pm (5pm on Sundays). We did not test this meal but ordered a la carte.
Service was excellent but food quality rather mixed. A fun incident right at the beginning: we asked the hostess what she would recommend, and she responded she had never eaten at the restaurant.

This is a great family place. The food is always top notch and the salad bar is good as well. We generally get seated either right away or within 15 mins. I do think the seafood salad bar should have a few warm options, but other than that no complaints. Good service, now people l.
