If I could give this place a higher rating I would. From the service to the food to the general atmosphere of the restaurant it surpassed my expectations entirely. We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff and sat in a clean and ambient dining room. The restaurant smells good and that is really important to me. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing, it was fresh, flavorful and tasted authentic. This place meets if not exceeds other local pho spots like Superior Pho and No.1 Pho. I’m so happy to have found this gem local to my area I hope it becomes a staple to Independence!

This is the crab, mussels, and sausage boil and also the Pho Chay – (for veggie lovers), and a frozen Mango Margarita. The food is excellent considering how cheap it is, the place is clean and the service was great! I’ll definitely be back!

I had been waiting for a while to order the P9(spicy seafood) as this restaurant is a ways away from my home. In this dish I received 4 shrimp, 2 scallops, and 2 mussels. I was beyond disappointed in what I received for the price on a positive note the flavor was good. I have dined in and done take out and those proportions were more similar. This time seemed to be skimpy by far. I definitely was disappointed. I do have to consider coming back. If anyone every asked me for recommendations for the best pho this would’ve be the place in the past but after this visit I’ll have to reconsider.

I ordered a seafood bag with no lemon pepper seasoning and they gave me lemon pepper also my meat was yellow from so much lemon and the sauce was nothing but lemon water. HORRIBLE I will not return. Lady taking orders needs to listen before rushing someone off the phone

This is one of my favorite restaurants, which is why this was disappointing. I ordered a special with a few customizations, but wasn’t told about a newly added special that would have fit my order and was about $20 cheaper. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I do expect to be informed of all available options. Hoping staff will be more transparent about specials moving forward. I order almost twice a week. It is that good.

I had never had lobster roll so I wanted to give it a try here and it was delicious! I can’t really compare because it was my first but I couldn’t stop eating. As for the brown sugar bubble tea, it was really good. I would even say that it was better than many from bubble tea stores. Tapioca balls on point! I will definitely come again

Delicious Pho, good Pork and Rice entree, fabulous Seafood Boil, avoid the fried fish (bland). The Potstickers and Spring Rolls were very good. Super friendly staff.

The food was amazing. I had the lobster pho and a lobster roll.
The roll was buttery and tasted amazing. The bread was lightly toasted, fluffy, buttery and delicious with a little bit of outer crunch. They even give you a two whole claw meat on top of each roll. For the price it was a little smaller than expected but they make up for it with the claw meat. 5/5
The lobster pho was delicious. The broth was well seasoned and not too sweet which is the way I liked it. The broth had a beautiful taste of sesame oil which I love! That’s something we add when we eat at home but I’ve never had from any restaurant. The lobster tail was delicious with the pho. Slightly over cooked, but still great. 5/5
The service was good, not great. I wish they were more welcoming with a smile as I think that would make a big difference to the customer. 4.5/5
Atmosphere was nice. I love the modern farm look. Love the decor overall, as it’s not your typical looking pho restaurant. Felt much nicer overall. 5/5

We went to this place several times and the seafood is so good. I always order fried oysters because it tastes amazing. We also like seafood Cajun, lobster salad, and Pho lamb. Highly recommended
