It seems that the places least likely have great seafood always prove themselves in the end. John, the owner, greeted us and took our order. He was friendly and answered our questions. The dining area is definitely casual. Our group ordered the lobster roll, the crabmeat roll and grilled scallops. All were delicious. The lobster roll, served cold, was full of succulent lobster meat. The scallops were grilled to perfection. The crab meat was delightful. The meals are appropriately priced. Go here!

Honestly one of the best lobster rolls that I’ve had in a long time. Even with the pandemic, service was fast and on point. Portions were larger than most of the other local seafood restaurants. Fresh, awesome and worth the money! Whenever I come back to Derry for service of my bike, it will definitely be the stop for lunch!

I’ve only had their lobster roll each time I go to Lobster Claw II. It is always good. A lot of lobster meat and just the right amount of mayo, which I believe they modify somehow, as I’m not usually a fan of mayo. The roll is toasted to perfection. Very good.

Good prices for a great meal! I ordered two twin lobsters for $24 – came with coleslaw and fries. A friend I was with ordered the lobster role for $21 (only one size) and also had it wth coleslaw and fries. She mentioned it was good as well and was a good sized portion for the price. Wait time was about ten minutes, plenty of seating and had bathrooms.

Just finished lunch at Lobster Claw II, here are my hot takes:
I ordered the Lobster roll w/ fries and coleslaw. It was fantastic; the roll had a heaping helping of fresh lobster, the fries were nice and crispy, and the coleslaw was great. The time between ordering and receiving my food was quick, and the young lady who took my order was sweet and professional. The dine-in experience was quiet and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back to try their other menu items. If you’re in the mood for seafood, you won’t go wrong with LCII.

I got to visit my favorite seafood restaurant again a few days ago and it was as delicious as always, I just love eating everything here it is always hard to choose and I love their homemade cocktail sauce so much that I buy extra to take home with me. They aught to sell it by the jar!!
I love the food at Lobster Claw II
All of the seafood is so fresh, my favorite are the fried clams. The perfect amount of batter. The service is always very friendly and accommodating. I have eaten there many times and have always been satisfied with whatever I have and that is something to say coming from a person who has worked in the restaurant business for over 25 years. I no longer live in the area but whenever I come home for a visit this is a “must” to stop by for lunch or dinner.
Also it is always super clean inside and out.
