Mixed experience. The cocktails were well made and enjoyable, though on the pricey side.
The bartenders came across as sharp, and despite the bar being mostly empty, we felt more in the way than welcomed.
Despite it being early in the evening, bathrooms were not in great shape.
The space itself is beautiful and the drinks are good, but warmer service and better attention to basics would make a big difference.

GINA was amazing. She was so professional and warm that we instantly felt at home. We loved her so much we came back the very next week just to see her again. This place is perfect if you’re catching a show in Times Square and need a little escape. We will be back to this hidden gem.

We stopped by the Lobby Bar before a Broadway show and it ended up being one of those “this is why NYC is so cool” kind of spots!
The atmosphere is quiet and very curated like a fancy living room which is refreshing being so close to Times Square. It feels like a little oasis. Cocktails were solid, and would go again for a quick drink before a show!

Recently visited New York and had the pleasure of stopping here. The bartenders were super welcoming and attentive, making great drinks. The space was beautiful. Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be stopping by here again.
