Took a out 15 mins or so to get two burgers and fries. The burgers we had were “the one” and I think rodeo. They were nothing special. The fries were $10 and not worth it. They had almost no flavor. Needed more salt for sure. The staff seemed like they had no interest in being there. They burgers came with drinks , which I thought was odd. I didn’t need to drinks but I guess I got them anyway. Bill was $30 for everything. There were a lot of fries and the burgers were ok. Just needed more flavor.

Food sucked, took over 30 minutes for 2 burgers,hotdog, and fries. Everything was BURNT ! Employees Wasn’t wearing gloves, no hair restraints, and playing on phones.
Definitely won’t be eating here again. $45 down the drain.

There are a lot of bad reviews but they are unfounded. I’ve been here twice now and both my philly potato and steak fajita potato have been fantastic. Yeah, they are kinda slow, but they are cooking everything fresh. Absolutely worth the wait and the price.

Took one bite and got a mouthful of salt. Had my grandson taste and same thing. Took it back to the counter and the guy said that’s the Cajun seasoning. I said no, that’s straight salt. He never offered to replace it. Took it home and tried to eat it since I had spent almost $12.00. Couldn’t do it. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. 🙁

Just look at what they did to this poor potato. I’m genuinely insulted that I got this. Don’t spend your money here it’s overpriced and quite frankly maybe not even food. Don’t eat here there are other better places to eat in the mall if you want food while you’re there.

When we arrived, the boy at the counter wasn’t doing anything! He was sitting on the stool. My husband wanted a footlong hot dog and the kid went on the search for them for 10 minutes. Came back and said they didn’t have any. My husband ordered 2 fat boys with onion and jalapeños and fries, I ordered 2 regular hotdogs with sauce and cheese. I watched him drop the fries back in the grease 2 time after he pulled them up the first time. Then he started working on another order after our hot dogs were done and left to sit and get cold, then he dropped them in the grease again. The onions on my husband’s hot dogs weren’t chopped, they were sliced. When we first got there there were french fries in a pan with the cold toppings. My hot dogs were a complete sloppy mess. They hadn’t cleaned off any counters and there was food all over the place. The kid was clueless as to what needed to be done and was moving at a snails pace and we couldn’t even hear him when he was talking to us. Our order came out to $18.60, my husband gave him $20 and the kid gave my husband back $1.89. I tried telling him that the change was only $1.40 and he said that the machine says $1.89. My husband was agitated and said whatever, you can’t argue with the machine and just took the change and went to find a table. There was an older guy there with the kid but he stayed in the back and didn’t bother coming out front to help. A couple came up and stood there and the kid didn’t acknowledge them so they left after 10 minutes. I don’t know how they are staying open with the customer service and horrible food they are serving. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Last weekend, my aunt tried to order a potato…. they were out….so she ordered soup and fries. Between ordering, paying, and waiting, she waited in line, for 45 minutes . We had been behind her in line for 30 of those 45 minutes. He never even acknowledged we were there. Finally, we just went to pizza place. Absolutely ridiculous. Decided to give it another go last night…. they closed 20 minutes early.. ♀️ ♀️ I don’t know how this place expects to stay open.

I would like to see a place like this make it, and my Spud (General Tso) was decent, wife’s wings were ok. However, standing there watching the guy prepare our order, and others was just gross.
He prepared raw hamburger on the same surface as preparing finished food. No hand wash, no gloves. Perhaps the health department needs to go order food and watch?
Again, my potato was good and we didn’t get sick.

Awful. Just awful. Took 20 minutes to get a dried up hotdogs and fries. The fries were cooked 3 times. I watched them drop the same basket of fries 3 times. Two people working. Of course the excuse was just that. Girl sat on her butt. Did nothing to help. Guy wouldn’t stay off phone and talking to friends. Sat hotdogs down on dirty counter. Then warmed it up to serve to another customer. Sad just sad.

Place has not been clean every time we come here to mall. Employees are sitting around with long hair not pulled back and food areas are dirty. No one has cleaned the area around the food bins. Someone’s keys and phone was laying by food bins. And dried food splattered around bins. It’s not sanitary at all. Didn’t eat there and won’t till its cleaned up.
