Was in Louisville for the day and looking for something a little different. Found this place on Google and it didn’t disappoint. We pulled up and it was dead. So I was second guessing it.
Went inside and talked with the staff and she explained the way it worked and gave suggestions.
The food was amazing. I don’t know how this place is not busy. It’s fast and delicious

We tried the Cajun Mac and surf and turf on the fries! On the surf and turf, they skimped a lil on the meat and the sauce was a lil strange. On the Cajun Mac, the peppers were raw so I’d suggest asking if they could cook them. On both entrees there definitely needed to be more seasoning, especially on the Mac and cheese and French fries. Some fries were a little underdone so I’d suggest asking them to cook it for 30 sec longer. Despite these things, we were pretty happy to try out a new place that we’d never seen before! we’ll definitely try out the other options using different bases as they offer potato/tortilla chips.

This amazing place and the owners genuinely care about their customers. The food never disappoints! They go WAY above and beyond. My dad has dentures needing things diced so it’s easier for him. They always accommodate, never letting me down. You want a quality, huge baked potato with sooo many options and great service, go see them. Tell them Tonya sent you!

Service and atmosphere are nice! Simple but effective. The food is great. Today was my first time trying Load It! I ordered the honey garlic fried chicken on top of French fries with lettuce, onions & ranch! Veryyyy yummy and flavorful. The chicken was dropped fresh as soon as I ordered it.
I like that they included a few healthy choices such as salad. Also they have cocktails which I will definitely try one day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to this first timer. We loved our meals and will definitely be back! We had the cheesesteak sizzle on a baked potato and chili cheese classic on fries and they were amazing!

Very cool concept, but all of our food seemed mediocre at best. We did have fantastic service and the staff was courteous and helpful. My family all felt like the meats should have been a little more flavorful. For reference we ordered a build your own spud with beef and cheese, a kids chicken bites and fries, a crunchy Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and the Philly Cheesesteak spud.

Outstanding to find a Gluten Free ( except Mac n cheese) place. You can do many toppings to your potato, fries, or chips. Or you can order 1 of the specials. Took my nephew here for his birthday.

First time visit. Got some recommendations from staff and landed on the Cheesesteak Sizzle on a bed of fries. Not sure what other reviewers are talking about when they say their order lacked flavor, mine meal was loaded with flavor. They definitely steered me in the right direction with my order. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean and the portion was generous. Their prices are a value given how much food they give you. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!!!! The food was AMAZING!!!! The portions were pretty big. Great flavor of food. We got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese on fries and fries with shrimp and bacon. We couldn’t even finish eating because of the healthy portions (definitely not complaining). Well worth the money spent. I have found me a new restaurant that I will be returning to. Go check them out!!!!!!!!
