I went into Walmart to pick up some things and I thought that going to this restaurant in the store would be convenient. This was not a good experience and I would say I will not be back at this restaurant again. I ordered my food before this couple came in and they got their food before me. And it was not that many people in there. No one at the line except for me. So how this couple got their food before me? I do not understand because I placed my order well before this couple even walked in there.I do not like this. This is disrespectful. I promise you I won’t be back. I will not spend money where I feel like I’m being disrespected. Went to a Hawaiian place in Independence, Missouri and they were way nicer than this. I don’t know what this is?

This place used to be such a great place to eat but i recently got a Katsu plate and the chicken was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Also both times I’ve recently gotten something at this place the cashiers have had such horrible attitudes

I ate here once and got sick twice in the same day, immediately after eating the food. That should never happen. I’ve eaten at other L&L locations before and never had this kind of reaction, so I don’t know what’s going on at this one, but the food did not sit right with my body.
It makes you question the freshness and cleanliness of what they’re serving. I’m really disappointed because I used to shop and work in this Walmart, and wanted to support the food options here.

We went last night… and not so sure why it’s night and day when this specific lady is working versus others.
I’m just going to say it as polite as I can because we do not know her ethnicity. There is occasionally a black lady that works up front and she has been extremely rude the couple of times we have went in while she’s been there.
Also, not sure why trying to get food or sides while she working is extremely hard with her… We know that the plates come with 2 scoops of rice and a side. We usually ask for 2 sides and 1 scoop of rice and say we’ll pay extra if we have to. Every other worker just substitutes it for us. Every time we ask her she says “I can’t do that, it’s 2 sides with no rice or rice and and a side”. We’ll repeat “Well what if we pay extra for the rice or the side?” and she still won’t do it. Food also has been cold when she is working. Last night I maybe had like 3 pieces of korean chicken in container.
The first time we ran in to her was almost a year ago and we went in around 5-5:30… we were trying to order and whatever we said she kept saying “we’re out.” She finally said “We only have garlic chicken”. Thought that was kind of weird since they weren’t even close to closing.

This location never misses when I order food here. Everything is always delicious and is usually still hot when delivered. I always get the BBQ Mixplate with extra shortribs and extra lava sauce. Such a filling and delicious meal for a great price! Please don’t judge because its in a Walmart! Food is consistently hot and delicious. I’ve eaten on site but I do prefer take out or delivery. Photos are from 2 different sittings.

I tried the Korean Chicken and Garlic Chicken, both we extremely dry and practically inedible. The Mac salad had no flavor. Maybe I was there on a off day but this was some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten out.

After waiting for over 15 mins., I didn’t even get to place an order because the two women working the front were so unorganized. One of them was simultaneously making plates, taking calls, leaving food uncovered and touching multiple surfaces while doing all of that. The area in front where some plates are made was very sloppy and unkempt. I saw a man put rice on a plate with his bare hands when the curtain was partially opened and the same man was bringing orders out of the kitchen. Customers were sitting at tables and standing in line wondering where their orders were. This place is very understaffed. The service used to be good at this location; please fix these issues.
