I ordered the Chicken Katsu Mini and some Chicken Lumpia. The Chicken Katsu was seriously undercooked and soggy. The Lumpia were soggy as well and didn’t taste fresh, the sauce that was included had a weird taste to it. The mac salad was flavorless and watery, I didn’t even eat it. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from you guys again.

Stopped in for midweek lunch around 1pm. Waited in a short line and ordered lumpia & spam musubi. The spam musubi was pretty good, but I assume that the lumpia was standard / store bought / frozen. So I was definitely disappointed by that but what can one expect from a fast Hawaiian food establishment? Service was pretty fast and the girl who took my order was very nice.

Haven’t had L&L in a long time. Staff was friendly and food came quick. Tasted good but it was a lot of food. Portions are pretty large. They have a mini size but it still has a lot of food. Good bang for the buck! Thanks for letting us try the malasada.

1st time going there. Their meats were well cooked. Very tasty, didn’t care too much for their macaroni salad to sour. So many choices from their Menus, everything looks so delicious

Idk if they have new staff or manager but went yesterday and I couldn’t even eat my chicken. It tasted like the oil they cooked it in was very old and was due to be changed. Very disappointed. Also the Mac salad was a bit off in taste as well as watery. Only was able to eat the rice.
Definitely will be trying a new Hawaiin place next time.
