Given the proximity to where we stay and the food price, it worthies a 4 stars. Fast service and friendly cashier. The price is cheaper than other food outlets in the area.

All I can say is YUM, Yum, and Yum!! We stopped to do some shopping on our way to the airport and had lunch here. We both ordered the big meat plate or whatever it’s called with three different kinds of meat deliciousness!! I was telling my friend about a Hawaiian barbecue place in my neighborhood I hadn’t tried and when I got home to Seattle, I realized it was an L&L barbecue!!! I’m thinking probably affiliated?? So GOOD!

On July 1, 2023, three of us embarked on a mission to visit all 12 L&L locations on Big Island and eat one order of musubi at each stop. This was our 4th restaurant on our 11+ hour journey.

We had three meals total, and the cashier was rude and would only give us one tiny tub of their bbq sauce which was barely enough for one person. We had 3 people eating. My husband asked for 2 more sauces (because the food had no flavor) and they gave him 1 more and were super rude about it. Bad experience overall 🙁

Me and my family, went here the other day when we came into the island. We’ve never had it before. It kind of look like Chinese food mixed with Hawaiian food lol. I got a teriyaki beef Rice Bowl thing. The meat was very thin and cooked well, the rice was tasty, it needed a bit more Teriyaki flavoring and for me personally the vegetables needed to be cooked a whole lot longer, little too crunchy for my standards. My dad had a chicken bowl, and that came with rice and like chicken finger type things, but your sauce was watered down ketchup. For something that you need to just grab after you’ve been on a plane for 6 hours, it worked. The entire meal + drinks was around 30 bucks. I wish the food court was a little bit more interesting. But it wasn’t bad

Food is good, but the person taking orders said it’ll only be 15min. 35min later I was still waiting for my food…Let me know it would take 35min to get the food, I would have ordered somewhere else!

Bland meal in a food court setting. Our meal was mostly white rice. By far our worst food experience so far in Hawaii.
