I was very impressed with the food. I purchased the mixed bbq plate. The food portion was very large and they gave a hefty portion of meat. I honestly didn’t have very high expectations going here, but I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of the food, and the portion. I plan on eating here again!

I got the kalua pork plate and there was WAY more cabbage than pork, and to top it off, the cabbage was still mostly raw.
I get pricing reasons, but dang, I expected not to get a whole head worth of cabbage.
It was supposed to be “kalua pork with cabbage, not cabbage with a pinch of pork”
Flavor was good, though, but they really need to work on their portioning at this location.

Possibly the worst food I’ve had during this trip to Oahu.Threw most of the BBQ chicken bowl away Rubbery chicken, at least 1/4 of it was skin. So tough the plastic knife couldn’t cut it. Rice was a congealed mess. Vegetables were cold. .

Friendly service. Good selection of food and drinks. Glad they have Brown rice. But, the vegetables in my beef bowl were cold. The amount of rice made it pleasantly filling and the beef was tasty, with an adequate portion.

Good L&L food. Not the best plate lunch out there, but good.
Service was meh. I felt like it was tough to get napkins, silverware, etc. We got service, but definitely not extra friendly service.
If you get chicken katsu definitely get an extra sauce when you order (upcharge). And order an extra mac salad. I could eat that by the pint.
