Yum! We usually DoorDash their food but we were in the area and decided to go for lunch. The staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. Great quality and tastes amazing. Would definitely recommend this place when you can’t make it to Hana, Hawaii!! Thanks for the great food!

Low wait time, but did not affect the food quality. Got chicken Katsu plate. Chicken was not dry, was not slimy and was not mostly breading. Spam musubi were thick, without too much sauce or to much rice you cannot bite. Staff was in high spirits and atmosphere is family friendly.

Noticed that they had a machine to place orders, but a staff member cheerily stated that they can help and take my order instead. Order placed, cups given for drinks, and number called not too long after.
Chicken katsu was crispy, so delicious with the rice and mac salad. My kid enjoyed the spam musubi so much, we ordered another!

Always love the food from here, and the service is always great. The food is consistent; which is a rarity these days! It’s also the simple things that make the experience better, they NEVER forget my extra sauces and I have never gotten home to an error with my order. That alone is priceless.

My husband and I’ve been coming here for years. We only do take out tho. Busy place but fast service I forgot to take pictures of loco moco and spam musubi! I like their Kalua pork with cabbage and spam musubi, my husband’s fav is teriyaki chicken and loco moco. Their chicken katsu is also crispy and tasty.

Absolutely the best Food that I have had in a long time and the best service by far A+ super nice employees answer all my questions and did not make me feel out of place at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. In fact, my wife was talking to me about how she doesn’t like white rice and she didn’t know that that’s what came with it and they overheard her saying that and gave her the best macaroni salad you have ever had in your life must come here

My kids love the chicken katsu here but my favorite pork roast with gravy was taken off the menu so now I just come so the kids can eat. Please bring back the pork roast so I can enjoy a meal with them again.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I called earlier in the day to place an order for a specific pickup time. When I arrived at the agreed-upon time to get my food, they told me they hadn’t made it.
Their reason was that they had tried to call me, and since I didn’t answer the phone, they decided not to make the order at all. What is the point of placing an order in advance if the restaurant won’t make it? This is a completely flawed process and demonstrates a total lack of customer service. I’ve never had this happen anywhere else. I wasted my time and will not be returning.

Update: So been here a few times since original review. The food has gotten way better, the front end of the house was extremely nice. They need updated seats though. I sat down to eat in store and one of the cashiers came and gave me a cup of water without asking. Do I need it? Maybe, maybe not, but to do that without asking shows the kindness of them. Definitely great food and great front end. Love this place and cannot recommend it enough. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out (and the prices are great too!)
Used to love this place. Wife wanted me to get it again and I agreed. We get our favorite, the bbq combo and well, it’s burnt. Seems they didn’t clean the grill often enough and now have burnt pieces stuck to our food. As well, I found hair in my macaroni salad. They were busy with a lot of cooking, but that is not a reason for low standards. Will have to find a new place to go to four our Hawaiian bbq fix now unfortunately.

I did not realize how much I missed Loco Moco and Spam musubi. The portions are excellent and the pricing is good. Eating here reminds me of ABC market in Kapolei and Ko’olina. Aloha!
