Food is good, but this is 2nd time I had ordered chicken katsu and not receive katsu sauce with the meal. Never had to ask for it ever. Double check your bags before leaving. Service is fast but maybe too fast, not completing orders to satisfaction.

The food was amazing! We ordered the chicken katsu and the BBQ mix. Everything was so flavorful and very generous portions. The macaroni salad was hands down one of the best I’ve had. If they have it, try out the pinapple cream soda.

Love this place! They have some of the best chicken katsu. Not only is it delicious, it’s a huge portion for pretty cheap. Service is also incredibly fast even when they are busy. Highly recommend!

I don’t typically go to this location, but I had an errand to run so here I am. I ordered the mix plate and the food quality was terrible.
Seems like the ribs were cooked it the day before. It was very old looking with a dry surface appearance, and sort of just warmed up, or just kept under a heat lamp for hours. Same with the beef and the chicken. I don’t know how they can serve that. Terrible. Taste was as expected.
Rice and Mac salad were fine.
This was on a Friday at 5 PM for a dine in. The food came out quicker than usual and now I know why.

I was shopping in the same plaza, and it was about 8:30pm, I saw lots of people heading into L&L Hawaiian BBQ. So, I drove up, parked & walked from the Subway side.
Out of the corners of my eyes, I saw 2-3 rats running around from the back door of this restaurant. OMG, it freaked me out! I can almost imagine what their kitchen areas is like I hope this is not their naturally sources Hawaiian BBQ
How did they pass their Santa Clara county food inspection is beyond my comprehension

Your basic L& L hawaiian bbq spot. I like that the “bowls” are square, so they can fit more food in it. Ordered bbq chicken & rice & veggies. Dee-lish! If you order through Door Dash, you have to ask for sauces in the special instructions or else it won’t be included.
