This restaurant needs cleaning, painting, cleaning, painting, cleaning, needs to be remodeled!
Whats up w all the graffiti and the sewer smell in the restrooms? The entire rear dining area is tagged with graffiti, the soda machine has not been cleaned in a long time!, the sauce containers are super dirty, the place is grimy as hell! Corporate needs to get involved with these issues! Food is decent but this place needs to get fixed asap!

Not the cleanest place, but the spam musubi is alright.
I went in here to get a snack. The spam musubi was just $3, so I bought it. I also needed to go to the bathroom. On my way there, I saw a ripped cushion, graffiti, and some garbage on the floor. The bathroom wasn’t in much better condition. I returned to the counter just as my order was ready. The spam musubi was wrapped all the way in seaweed, instead of only in the middle which is more common in my experience. The spam wasn’t crispy, but it sufficed. It laid on some sauce which was on some rice.
Overall, the place looks a little questionable but the food is okay.

Food is delicious however service is horrible, cashier lady, Asian in her late 20’s maybe 30 years old is so rude. I asked her if they accept promos from the L&L app she said , what is that ? We don’t accept that. She said they don’t work with the App with a horrible attitude

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue always delivers on delicious, authentic Hawaiian flavors! Their plate lunches are incredibly satisfying, with generous portions of perfectly cooked meat and macaroni salad. The Katsu Chicken and BBQ Mix are my go-to’s. It’s a taste of Hawaii right here, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

The food is good props to the chef, however the Asian lady attending us at the front has a horrible attitude we greet and she says nothing. I ask for sauce and she tosses it. Horrible service and the bathrooms are always dirty it’s never cleaned. And gave us a dirty look. The prices went up but the services didn’t.

L&L is a chain restaurant. The one in Mountain View is better. But the food tastes great here too. However, the restaurant atmosphere is so poor. There is profanity and graffiti in the back dining area that they didn’t even bother cleaning up.

What I ordered was fish and Kahlua pig the Kahlua pig was average and I had no fish but it pile of seaweed I dug through the seaweed and I had no fish she claimed to me that was the fish this place was a joke I will never go back used to like this place but it’s going downhill
