I love L&L but this one was mid. Smelled so strong of cleaning products inside, we had to wait outside. Got extra Mac salad and it was different in taste and look of the Mac that came with meal. Didn’t feel that great after eating. The kid and the counter was nice, pretty much the only redeeming quality.

Been going to this place for years and always loved the food and good service. After not having it in over a year we decided to order some katsu and idk what they did but it tasted and smelled like soap! I was so confused at how that could happen, also the Mac salad was awful. Tasted like they changed the recipe where they replaced mayo with sour cream. It was very bland. I threw it all away.

Food was just okay… I usually go to the one in Westminster near the theatre. Anyways the beef wasn’t cut like it usually is supposed to. The Mac was not good. Usually I’m a sucker for the Mac but it was just too much mayo it was disappointing honestly . The prices here are also a few dollars more for the “mini”. I asked the lady for hot sauce like the chili sauce and she said it was in the bag . When I got to my car and check it wasn’t the one I asked for it was siracha . Overall just mid and I probably wouldn’t come here again tbh

This is the second time I was there to get musubi which should be the easiest thing you make. The first time I thought was I was getting cheated and got less because it was Musubi Tuesday special. Well today is Wed and both times the rice ratio is non-existent (and that’s the cheapest part) and the bbq chicken in it was a little tough and flavorless!
Will not go here again. Don’t even want to try their other food. I would rather go to Maui Hawaiian BBQ off Newland!

Chicken katsu looked like roadkill and half my order was wrong because the cashier wouldn’t stop talking nonsense with all the little chefs in the back. To think that other people may not know how to speak Spanish is insane.

Ever since the new owner took over a few months ago the quality of the place has gone downhill. They don’t have volcano sauce anymore, the plastic utensils are way cheaper and flimsy, they aren’t stocking many Hawaiian drinks anymore, and they don’t even have coupons anymore or accept ones I already have. I won’t be coming here often anymore.

Picked up take out and didn’t open the boxes for 30-40 min after pickup it up and the food was still hot and so good!! Great location!!

I should have followed my previous review and not kept giving them second chances. The exact thing happened again tonight as in my previous teview, just 1 hour earlier.

10 minutes to 9, sign clearly indicates open until 9, open sign even lit up. Walk in to order, yes door was unlocked and about 8 people sitting in dining area eatuea. Cashier: We’re closed. I eat here often, even with prior bad service, but now I’m done. I’ll make sure to direct friends away too.
