I used to use my wheelchair all the way from irvine high school to here since 2010. Back in the days they were cash only. Glad that they accept cards now. Their foods are very good and the portions are huge. Since I am a natural big eater, I didn’t had any problems finishing the plate. For those with not much big hunger, it will last a day or two which is great! Love that this place is still here and doing well. This is one of my favorite childhood places to eat and it brings me back the good old days.

They give out generous portion sizes compared to the prices and the food always comes out piping hot. Whenever I’m craving a home cooked meal, this place has to be in my Top 5.

Amazing food and surprisingly giant servings at a great price! My husband and I ordered the Garlic Shrimp and BBQ chicken. Both were incredibly delicious. I don’t usually like pasta salad, but I adored this one. It was delightfully light and pleasant.
The decor was nothing to write home about, however the service was great, and the man who helped us was very friendly and pleasant (even though we came in shortly before close)

Great food and an Aloha feeling. I had bbq chicken and it was delish! Especially liked the macaroni salad. Prices were reasonable too! Will go back. The gentleman who greeted us was very nice.

I mean how can you go wrong with a loco moco plate. Everything about it was delicious.
The meat patties were grilled nicely. Good flavor.
The gravy was on point, super tasty.
The eggs were cooked perfectly, with yolk dripping all over the rice and meat when cut into.
The rice was perfectly cooked.
The Mac salad…come on now !!! Is it really the star of the show !!! Loved it !!

Pretty cool to see this place is still around, I remember coming here all the time back in high school when it was cash only and you could get a plate lunch for $8 but that’s more than a decade ago now. Mahi mahi’s still good!
