This was a take out order. I didn’t eat my order. I drove all the was back to return it because there was a long hair on my food. I received my money in cash when I paid with my card. On top of that I wasn’t given the right amount back. I had to mention it and still wasn’t given that right amount. I just left it as is. The order my partner started to eat at home and she said the food wasn’t as good. Disappointing.

Orered Katsu plate with macaroni salad and rice. Overall it was ok, the chicken they used for the Katsu was not the best, lots of dark meat was used.

Came in for the seafood combo but they had no fish So I ordered the loco moco with a extra Mac salad and a drink ( $25bucks ) waited almost 20 minutes for the food finally got it and I was pretty disappointed very thin hamburger patties and my eggs were not good I asked for sunny side up eggs got fried eggs ( no runny yolk ) honestly the food had no flavor I had to mix my macaroni salad with the gravy because it was sooooo plan definitely not returning if I want Hawaiian barbecue I’ll go to ONO

My husband treated us out to dinner. 1st time at this location. It wasn’t busy but yet it took awhile for our food. Food wasnt too warm, but it was good. Got the mini Chicken Katsu and I enjoyed it. The macaroni salad was yummy. It was overall a good experience. My husband got the mini bbq chicken plate and it was a perfect size. My daughter got the cheeseburger and she liked it. I tried the fries and they were good. I would give this place a 2nd chance but maybe call ahead just because of the wait but then my food maybe colder. Kinda strange that they were playing reggae music in the dining room kinda loud too.

Had the loco moco – eggs were good as was the rice and gravy but the burger patty was pretty decicated, had not much flavor and tasted like it had been made long before I got there. The hip hop playing skull was a fun feature.

This place use to be awesome and my go to place for L&L here on the mainland. Customer service and food was comparable to L&L back home. Came here today to buy Saimin for my son but cashier said they didn’t have any. Their soda machine was also out of Pepsi, Lemonade and Brisk ice tea. This place needs better supply management and training on customer service for sure.

This is my go to Hawaiian spot in Temecula. Food is always good and service is great. The only downside is portion size, sometimes you get a lot and it’s perfect, but sometimes it’s less depending on the cook. This would be my only suggestion on improvement.

This place is very clean and food is delicious. My husband and I love this place. They have well balanced serving of BEEF RIBS (hubby’s favorite) mixed with assorted vegetables and they’re not greasy. Price is reasonable. Just remember, if you think it’s taking a long time for them to get your order ready, it’s because their food is prepared like home cooked. You don’t want food served in a fast way like in other restaurants as they might be just re heating your meal that’s precooked. Also, if you pay extra $2.99 for macaroni salad, it doesn’t mean you are ordering it like a meal. It’s a side dish not a main course so don’t expect that the container is gonna be filled with macaroni salad. I feel like I’m eating at home on how they prepare their meals. I give 5 stars to this restaurant.
