I ordered a combination plate with some bread$30 food overpriced the rice was cold it’s not like the steak was already precooked when you cut it and we had a lot of fat very disappointed I normally go to a different place.. so as was about to head out. The cashier asked how my meal was and i honestly replied. She quickly fixed the remaining food that i was planning to take she was Very pleasant and polite real people making an effort. Love the vibes

I really wanted to love my burger, but it tasted kind of fishy maybe it was cooked on the same grill as some seafood. The staff, though, was super sweet and you can tell it’s a loving, family run place. I don’t live in the area, just passing through, so I probably won’t be back. But if you’re into Hawaiian food and culture, definitely stop by and check it out. It’s easy to get in and out of, and there’s plenty of parking.

I wanted to thank Crystal and the staff. They provided the most outstanding service. I had requested a last-minute same within the hour mini catering order. They under my desperate last-minute needs. They went over and beyond. Down to the time I requested. Once I got to the location, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. My order was hot and ready with no delay. This was done even with them servicing other customers’ orders. They made sure everything was ready and packed. They provided condiments and utensils. They vibe was beautiful with music in the background. The staff was well groomed. The inside was clean. I will definitely be going to them again. They also offer desserts as well. I throw that in with my order. I was able to surprise my husband. The food was so flavorful and delicious. Everything was fresh and tastful. Again, I wanted to thank the whole staff for making today easy for me

TERRIBLE. I’ve been a loyal L&L customer for over 10 years. This location is the WORST I have ever been to. I paid $50 and the short ribs were all fat and also somehow dry and the chicken was dry and had no flavor. I called my order in, the cashier told me 10-15 minutes, so I arrive 10 minutes later and pay for my food and sit down. TWENTY minutes later, the cashier asks for my name and proceeds to pick up my order that has been sitting on the counter this whole time. Don’t waste your time or money here, badly run kitchen and poorly managed. Go to ANY other Hawaiian restaurant and it will be better.

I’ve had great Hawaiian food. This was just okay. I loved the macaroni salad. I got the BBQ chicken. It had good flavor, but was stacked atop of A LOT of cabbage- giving the illusion of more food. This place satisfied my cravings, but I ultimately felt it wasn’t worth the price, especially since they don’t offer a combo plate with two different meats. Service was casual, not unwelcoming but not welcoming either. I enjoyed my food for the most but but not sure I’d come again.

The service here has met beyond my expectations. The food is so gooddd, I also didn’t quite get the cashier name but Mahalo to her for recommending the bulgogi fries! My boyfriend also got the bbq mix and he absolutely loved it. The food was good, the music was great, the service is a 11 out of 10! I definitely look forward to coming back!
