I got the BBQ mix plate for takeout and was really impressed with the portion size. It came with short ribs, steak, chicken, rice, and mac salad. Everything was flavorful and cooked well. The short ribs were especially good. Definitely a generous plate that left me full and satisfied. Service was fast and friendly. Overall, a great value and a tasty meal. I’ll definitely come back again.

It seems they taken their own liberty to create their own Katsu sauce. is not the original L&L katsu sauce. Also ordered a regular plate and they tried to only give me one sauce when usually you get two with the regular plate. the sauce containers are a lot smaller as well than the usual L&L sauce containers. The chicken and rice were really good.

The orange chicken was gross. The chicken was stringy and tough with very little flavor. I tried to chew it and finally had to spit it out. Truly inedible. This place earns the prize for worst food in the mall’s food court. It is definitely an oh no, don’t go!

Disappointed with this visit. Almost $20 for a 5-piece fried shrimp plate is ridiculous, especially when the shrimp itself was nothing special. Definitely not worth the price. I’d recommend skipping this and going to Oki’s instead for a much better food experience.

When we asked for more katsu sauce (as the chicken katsu plate is not the same without it), we were told it was $1 for 4 little containers. We paid it. When we went back for more, expecting to pay $1 for four, he only gave us 2. When we caught him in the cheat, he laughed and gave us the other 2. Very shady and unkind. Beware!

$30 for these mini plates. Each plate have 4 pieces (bbq chicken & teriyaki steak) Customer service was sassy when I was asking if they can do ala carte on their bbq mix plates he said “uhh NO?!” Like he was offended. This reminds me why I don’t go here. I’m a local btw and I’ve had much better ala carte for a bigger sizing elsewhere, this is just ridiculous for the prize. idk why I even tipped. They need to teach their cashier better manners.
